We let go of hands and just sat there awkwardly. I look at my phone, its 7:36 am. Can this bus go any slower like got damn. Shitttt, the trees are going faster than us right now. "Hey, um do you know a Miles? He is supposed to show me around the school today." I ask the boy (that is next to me). He looked up from his phone and said, "Oh yeah I know him. I'll text him and see where he's at." "Ight, thanks." For the rest of the ride to school we were quiet, I looked out the window and he was on his phone. 

    About 12 minutes later we arrive at the school. He got up, then I and we got off the bus. "There it is, hell." Said the boy. I bust out laughing, knowing damn well he is totally right. I catch my breath and ask, "so, where is Miles?" "Oh, he said he's with some friends right now and to meet him by the yellow slide." The boy said. I noded yes and we walked to where ever the 'yellow slide' is. 

     As we get the walking I see someone wave at us, so I assume its Miles and the people around him is his friends. "Hey bro, I see you finally decided to bring your ass to school today." Miles said to the boy with a chuckle. The boy rolled his eyes at Miles's comment. "Ohhh, so he's your brother." The boy noded yes and I said cool. "And who might you be, beautiful?" Miles said to me. I waved and said, "hey I'm Monica, a new transfered sophomore here." Miles seemed pleased. "Well I'm Miles, Kiem's big bother and I'm a junior here." "So your name is Kiem?" I said to the boy. "Wait, he didn't tell you his name?" Miles askes. I shook my head no. "Did he say your name before you told him?" "Ahh yea, why?" I replyed. He gave a dirty look to Kiem and said not to worry about it. 

   "Well since Miles stuck on his brother, I'll introduce the rest of us. I'm Nella, this is Elijah, and she is Iyonah. We're all juniors too." Nella said. "Hey! Don't say it like I like my brother in that way." Miles said to Nella. She laughed, then everyone did. Well eveyone besides Kiem, he was just on his damn phone again. RING! RING! RING! Goes the school's bell. "Oh damn, that's the first bell. We better get to class. Y'all know Mr. Berry locks the doors and windows after 8:05 am." Elijah said to the group. "The windows?" I asked. "Yeah them too." Iyonah said. I made a confused face. "See there was a time when he only locked the door after 8:05, but one time a group of Sophomores snuck through the window in the back of the class, so they wouldn't get caught being late." "Good thing the class is on the 1st floor." Elijah interupted. "Right Eli. So then that was funny as fuck because they were loud as hell from being high. Then as one of them climbing through the window, they had fell and Mr.Berry had caught them." Nella had explained. "Hey! It was Miles's faught for bringing that stale ass weed. Had us tweeking bad, like bad bad." Iyonah said. 

     At this point I'm at tears with the laughing, they funny as hell. "No it wasn't Miles's fault." Miles said, shaking his head at Iyonah, "yo ass just can't handle my shit because it's too good." Then Iyonah started bussing up laughing at Miles and I asked, "so wait, y'all was the reason why Mr. Berry locks the windows?" The whole group said yeah and then laughed again. School might be fun after all.
