Malachi was getting a headache from listening to Sirius. He had decided to go on the morning patrol with his men and Sirius had invited himself along, declaring they needed to talk.
Why couldn't he wait will they got back who knows but Malachi had a.bad feeling he would find out.
So here he was the cold snow crunching under his paws and the cold winter air filling his lungs. It was a perfect morning Balthazar was quite enjoying him the only problem was Sirius’ constant complaints about Tyler.
Malachi tried not to laugh, but it had been so worth it to introduce the two. They had been at each other's throats the moment Tyler opened his mouth.
"Did you hear him call me a another useless Alpha and a meathead!"
Malachi took another deep breath to try and block his brother out but it wasn't no use. Where was the occasional rogue when you really needed one?
"He thinks I'm useless ME I mean for fucks sakes who the hell does he think he is!"
Yup he repeated himself again, he been saying the same stupid sentence for an hour now. Perhaps Tyler wasn't far off maybe he was just a meathead, Malachi thought and Balthazar chuckled well as close as he could get to a chuckle in his wolf form.
"He even says I wasn't worth his time! ME!"
There was a reason Sirius had such a huge ego. When Sirius turned eighteen their father wanted him to take over but he chose to leave the pack and make his own.
Now at the young age of twenty-nine, he had achieved his goal and had made a small pack. It consists of mostly rogue alphas but they were strong and fearsome worriers.
His parents were extremely proud of him and so was Malachi, the only issue Malachi took with the pack was the simple because they were all alphas. It was easy for his brother to lead them because they were both dominant and had gone through rigorous training to achieve their strength from an early age.
Sirius had taken their mother’s view on life, only using the submissives and omega's as tools for pleasure. Sirius intended to marry an alpha himself and expand his pack but in the last year, he hadn’t gotten any new members while Malachi’s pack got more than they could handle sometimes but they always made room.
They finally made it back and it was time to start the endless meetings with the packs again today. Tomorrow that would have their annual hunt and all the remaining packs were Welcome to join. With a heavy sight, Malachi went inside
It was finally lunchtime and Aiden and Tyler were able to join them. Aiden slid into the seat to the left of him while Tyler chose the seat to Aidens left. Tyler groaned when he realized he was seated next to Sirius.
"Sorry Aiden I love you but I'm going to find another seat," he said with a voice as sweet as honey.
He made to move but something stopped him. His face turned crimson and his head whipped around glaring at Sirius.
Since Malachi and Aiden were seated at the head of the table they couldn't see what the the commotion was about.
Malachi had already warned Sirius that Tyler was under his protection for as long as he stayed in his territory and he meant to keep the omega safe.
"Is something wrong?" his question directed at Tyler while his eyes glared at Sirius.
"No, NothING." Tyler's voice pitched high at the end.
He glared at Sirius who shrugged grinning like he just won something and placed both hands on the table.
Malachi’s parents sat to his right, taking the seats usually occupied by Cid and, Gray who had decided to go eat with a different pack since they rarely got to see the members of another pack they befriended.
His father smiled as he sat but his mother looked at Aiden and scowled. She turned her attention to Sirius instead.
"Sirus darling did you hear Tabitha, the Glory Hound Alpha’s daughter is looking to settle down I'm sure you would be perfect for each other. She is an Alpha after all." she made sure to emphasize the words she and alpha.
"Oh really I'm sure she is nice, why don't you introduce us later." He replied not paying her much attention.
Tyler’s face instantly brightened, "That's an amazing idea! Why don't you go right NOW!" His face flushed again and another glare was thrown at.Sirus, who at this point turned his attention to their mother.
"What is wrong with you child." his mother chided but her words fell on deaf ears.
"So which one is she?" he asked straining his neck.
She pointed to a buxom blond-haired beauty with brown eyes and rosy pink lips.
"Oh she looked perfect for YOU!" this time Sirius earned himself a punch to the arm. Tyler winced and shook his hand trying to stop it from hurting.
Four pairs of eyes examined Tyler curiously.
Tyler hissed something at Sirius who looked offended and Tyler ended up face down on the table hitting his head against his arms. Sirius looked very pleased with himself.
Aiden was munching away eyeing his friend now and then. He didn't seem to be concerned so Malachi relaxed.
When lunch was done they all got up needing to stretch and get their blood flowing before diving back into their work.
Everyone eagerly headed outside as thanks for the meal that was sent in Aiden’s direction.
They were almost at the doors when Malachi noticed that Sirius nor Tyler were following. They were still seated Tyler’s head still on the table.
Malachi chose to ignore it and headed outside with his family. Aiden was already throwing snowballs with the pups. At least ten little ones were running around and playing in the snow forts they had built on the previous day.
One youngster rushed Aiden, Malachi scooped him up and the youngster tumbled into the snow a few feet away.
"Alright I think that's is quite enough roughhousing ." Malachi started walking away with Aiden still in his arms. Reaching a clearing with only a couple of others nearby. Malachi gently placed Aiden on the floor before putting his small hand in the crook of his arm.
"I’ve decided to talk with Campbell and find out his side of the story. I already contacted him and we will meet after the new year." It was a statement and didn't require an answer so Aiden just nodded as they continue to walk.
"There are many unanswered questions and he may have the answers to some of them."
"And once you get your answered?" Aiden asked even though he feared the answer.
"No matter what I find out I’m not giving you up, you are mine." the intensity he put into his answer made Aiden’s knees weak and his breath quicken.
Malachi instantly sensed the change in Aiden and guided them into the nearest forest. Once inside and out of sight of watchful eyes Malachi turned on Aiden.
His hands lifting him and pinning him against the tree. Aiden’s legs wrapped around Malachi’s waist before his hack hit said tree. Their mouths seeking each other out. A sweet moan escaped Aiden as their lips brushed against one another.
Their mouths sealed, tongues sliding and teeth nipping. They would come up for a breath before diving right back in. Malachi’s hand slipped under Aiden's coat and shirt seeking out the small bud of his nipple.
Aiden arched and hissed as his deft hand found one and was pinching then rolling it between his fingers. When he tugged ever so gently Aiden's hips ground against Malachi’s.
He moaned with pleasure deepening the kiss as his other hand slid down to Aiden’s ass, enjoying how good it felt through his insulated leggings.
At first, Malachi had hated them because they displayed Aiden’s luscious curves for all to see but now he was appreciating them quite a bit.
Malachi was starting to lose himself when he remembered that Aiden was a first-timer and this would be his first time doing it without his heat and they weren't quite prepared.
He hated to but he broke the kiss, Aiden’s lips were swollen and his eyes were downcast he was breathtaking. He looked disheveled in the best way possible.
"Aiden sweetheart I think we need to stop. This will be your first time out of your heat." he brushed a stray hair behind Aiden’s ears, cupping his face And placing a gentle kiss on his ruby red lips.
Aiden sighed and licked his lips as Malachi drew back.
"I don't care." Aiden said without reservations.
"I want you, and I want to be have a clear mind when you take me this time. Is that bad?" Aiden finished his insecurity showing at the end.
"No it's not bad at all." Malachi said pressing their for heads together and thanking the Goddess for dropping Aidan into his life.
