Saturday and Sunday went by so fast. One night I was just processing what happened at the hospital, and the next thing I knew, It was work day already!
Ahh, if only weekdays went by that fast too, It'll give many of us a favor.

The school assembly took forever. I bet, out of the hundreds and thousands of people in this school, majority think this is a waste of time.
To reduce my boredom, I looked around for students who's messing around so I could scold them, but everyone seemed so bored and it got to the point where screwing around wasn't fun anymore.
I sigh, slightly annoyed with the ruined vibe.
And then, out of the trail of thoughts, Mei came to my mind. All the scenes that happened that night came running back and I was once again overwhelmed with the sudden pressure.
My curiosity grew as I dig deeper into the scenes. Particularly, the part where she said to
"not bother with her" anymore.
Kind of harsh dont'ya think? I don't know why, but I feel disturbed, I feel like something is terribly wrong at this rate. I just can't pinpoint what.
Her dull eyes that seem normal, those eyes that all students have, hides deeper tragedy, like a blackhole that pulls my curiosity. I pity her without knowing the reason why. Her sealed lips that only move when necessary, like limited words can only come out of it. I thought that its sad to only talk as if someone will kill you if you said anything wrong. Her entire well being gives off signs of an abused child. I may only come out assuming, but it somehow puts the pieces together.
Its like Mei is programmed and forced to say a certain phrase to people who question her. She hides the fact that there are bruises or injuries in her body, the way she moves and talk reflect much about what's happening back at home. She moves like a robot programmed to do things she's not supposed to.
"Jaime"
a whisper broke my trail of thoughts, I felt the numb light tap on my shoulder that caused me to turn to the direction of the hand.
"What are you doing? Stop spacing out when you're working."
Slightly angry, I can say, I rolled my eyes, then I realized, my students are gone. In fact, almost half of them aren't here now. I got confused for a bit, then I checked my watch, and there I realized that the dreadful assembly has come to an end.
I was relieved but then another weight of pressure was dropped on my shoulders when I realized I wasted two minutes zoning out when I could've been walking to the faculty by that time.
Ahhh, my job sure is full of boredom.
~Time Skip 12:20 pm~
It was lunchbreak and I am now walking to my usual spot away from campus. I can feel the breeze that lightly swift my hair, and the calming view of nature never disappoints me. I watched as people walked and passed by me, some in bikes, others on their feet. I lightly tapped my fingers on the ground as I watch the seemingly exquisite beauty of boredom cycle. I stared at the blue and and bright sky, only to find the absence of the clouds, and the the burning light of the sun. Damn the pain in the eye!
I dropped my head and suddenly felt the sensation of dizziness after looking up too long. I felt the vibration of the ground when someone was running. It was.. Mei?
She ran like her life depended on it, holding and caressing the piece of paper that her hand gripped tightly on. I followed the direction of her swinging hair as it made amends with the wind. Seemingly, I stood up and also made my way back to campus.
Free time has come to an end, I yawned as I cleaned my desk, my mind going blank as my eyes were watery from yawning to much. I so do not want to lecture at the moment. I was thinking of going to the school's clinic and fake my headache to escape my duties of being a teacher. But then miss bossy Jasmine four eyes will ruin the entire plan of extending break time. I sighed and headed to class. On my way, someone called my name and that caused me to stop at my tracks. I turned to see the school's guard.
"Sir Jaime, have you happen to see Mei Dela Rosa after lunch?
She signed the attendance however,.."
He went silent, I feel like this ain't a normal "She escaped" situation.
"However I haven't seen miss Dela Rosa in campus at all. She dropped her ID so I thought of giving it back, I searched campus and asked people where she is, however no one has seen her."
He quoted, then brought out her ID.
"So... She's basically missing even though you saw her sign the attendance?"
"Yes sir. "
"Huh, how stimulating. I'll keep an eye on that ID and I'll let ya know if I find her."
The big muscle guy guard agreed and went back to work.
Now where'd that Lil brat go? Saint Carmel ain't got alot of hiding places and escape loopholes. This place is guarded every freaking where! It'll take an assassin's skill to to actually bust out from this school.
Aish kids!
I proceeded to class after notifying the teachers about Mei.
