Dagny had wanted to go to Istanbul after Hong Kong, but the recent events made him change his mind.

 A mafia family had taken over the Island of Cyprus and dethroned both governments. And Dagny had got a new power now.

 So, he created an elaborate plan to both save Cyprus, check the Temple on Cyprus, and to achieve an ulterior motive.

 Dagny was traveling between Syria and Cyprus via Emir's speed boat because the Mafia had cut all connections to Cyprus off. They had connections to all sorts of people around the world. And via their connections, they had access to brand new models of artillery weapons.

 But Dagny had Emir, and Emir had the skill to turn off the security system of Cyprus just long enough for Dagny to arrive safely.

 Dagny had told Emir about his powers and his plan in this run.

"So are you there?" Emir asked through the secret headphones on Dagny's head.

"I can see the coasts, but it will still take more time."

"Well... we don't have more time. The security is back on and it is not long before they notice you."

Shit!

"Can't you hold them off a bit longer?"

"I am trying but... Dammit! They located you! Two missiles about to be launched."

 As Emir continued to ramble on about technical stuff Dagny didn't understand, the missiles appeared on the horizon.

 They were approaching him fast. He needed to act fast.

 Dagny jumped off the ship and hoped the missiles were locked on to the ship instead of him. Luckily they were.

 A military ship was approaching. Dagny dived down and swam towards it, holding on to the side of the ship.

 He waited until they came close enough to the coast, where he could run on to the island and disappear.

 He could hear the soldiers screaming behind him. Then he started hearing gunshots. The soldiers were shooting at him! The bullets buzzed past him like small bees.

 The soldiers were getting off the ship to try and catch him but he was gone into the dark alleyways when they arrived.
