"BLAAAARGH." He puked.
Rowan came back to himself, however his entire body was shaking while tears were falling non-stop from his eyes. The girl, who watched in shock, leaned towards him.
"A-are you okay?" She asked.
He nodded and wiped the remains of vomit from his mouth. With a bit of embarrassment he replied. "Sorry, I don't know what happened."
"You sure have lowered my self-esteem. The second you saw me you started to puke." The girl jokingly pointed out.
Rowan returned a forced smile as he tried to get up. His legs felt noodle-like, it was hard to even stand straight and his head was still spinning in confusion after what just happened.
"Do you need any help with the suitcase and stuff?" She proposed as her hand went straight to Rowan's luggage.
"No, no, don't worry, really." He answered while he opened the door to his apartment and grabbed the suitcase, moving it away from the girl. "I'll catch you later, sorry for what happened."
Rowan closed the door, leaving her standing in confusion. She stared at his apartment for a few long seconds, not taking her sight away from the door even for one moment. The girl thought about something, something that kept her standing in the same spot for a weird amount of time. Rowan —on the other hand— leaned himself onto his door with sheer embarrassment, still shocked. He had no idea what happened back there, why he saw all those things and what the girl must’ve thought about him. He shook his head to try to forget about everything. After taking a shower he threw himself into bed. His body still felt weird and his head was still spinning, but slowly, with time his tiredness consumed him until he felt asleep.
Next day arrived and Rowan was feeling much better. Today it was his first day at the new school in Litina and after putting on the uniform —a white polo with black trousers—, he left his apartment and noticed that his vomit was gone. A sigh of relief left his mouth up until the door next to him opened. The girl from yesterday casually came out, wearing the same outfit as him (she wore a black skirt instead of trousers). Rowan started to panic and he thought of a thousand ways to get out of the place, but there were no escapes.
“Oh! Its you again!” She exclaimed with a smile.
“Hi…” Rowan replied.
The girl took a good look at him and realised that he was wearing the same uniform as her. “Seems like we’re going to the same school.” She paused and smiled seductively. “Before anything weird happens again, can I know your name?”
“Rowan.” He answered trying not to maintain eye contact with her.
“Can I call you puke boy?” She joked.
“No please.” Rowan sighed. “What about you?”
“I’m Camilla. Nice to meet you, Rowan.”
