The rumbling finally stopped and I shook off the servants that were still holding onto me. I could still hear Maria still yelling for Arthur. I opened the door and went upstairs to Alex's room. I opened the room to see his room's walls and roof were blown away. The floor was mostly still intact. Everything in the room was a broken mess.
I didn't really search for Alex. He was floating with his legs crossed and his eyes closed. Was he meditating? But he was only three. The earliest a person can awaken his core was at nine. Could he be a genius? I watched as Alex's body slowly came down towards the floor, but the problem was there was no floor underneath him. I did check the floor before I rushed to the very edge of the floor, which was sort of stable, that was remaining and reached out to grab him. His body went limp after I picked up. I panicked at first until I felt his chest going up and down from breathing. He was just sleeping. I walked slowly and carefully through the scattered remains of the roof in Alex's room. The only place that was really damaged was Alex's room. I somewhat still couldn't believe that he had a stabilized foundation already. I went outside with Alex in my arms. Maria ran to me and started to look all over Alex's body to check if he was alright. When she saw that he was just sleeping, she picked him out of my arms.
Alex woke up two days later. Repairing Alex's room took at least a week to fully get repaired and clean since I ordered I needed the room fixed as soon as possible. Maria enjoyed sleeping with Alex for a week. She would talk about all the talks she had before going to sleep. Sometimes, it made me jealous of how much she gets to spend with Alex.

Alex' perspective
I woke up three days later and found out what had happened through the maids gossiping like they usually do. I slept with Maria for about a week. It was interesting. She would talk about how I was born a genius and how kids usually awaken at the age of nine, but the kids that awaken at the age of eight or before are extremely rare. She also talked about how hard it was to get kids on to the first stage of cultivation.
After a week, I finally got back to my room but with different furniture and stuff. I had just woken up to a new day. I laid on my bed, staring up at the ceiling. I wondered how my parents were doing. I bet Arthur must have gotten stronger by now.
A knock at the door disturbed my thoughts. The door opened and Maria came in. She was wearing a dress that she usually wore when she went outside.
"Sweety, mama is going to see grandpa. I will be back in a while." I nodded. I was an obedient child in general, but sometimes I felt like I am restricting myself from being free.
"Also, I brought someone you might like."
Curiously, I followed her downstairs, into the guest room. There was a small blonde boy around my age staring right at me. His green eyes stood out like mine, but it was about two shades lighter. He gave me a shy smile as I approached him with Maria by my side. I went up to him and threw my hand out, so I could give him a handshake. The boy curiously stared at my hand first then shook it. The boy met my eyes and gave me a smile.
"Hewo." His voice was louder than I thought it would be.
"Hewo."
"Alex, this is the crown prince of the kingdom of Flores. His name is Prince Hermon del Vincent."
Wow, I did not expect to meet a prince today. What was he doing in the kingdom of Bisea?
"The king of Flores is visiting Albert, so he brought the crown prince along."
"Sure I did."
A large built man came over. His blonde hair and green eyes were identical to Prince Hermon. This might be the king that dad was talking about with his friend.
"Can I tawk to you?" I asked him cheerfully. The king raised an eyebrow.
"Aren't we talking?"
"I mean pwivatewy." I swear this baby talk was getting to me. I must be sounding like a child who wants to play a game with a king.
The guards went for their sword. Maria put a hand on my shoulder and was about to speak until the king raised his hand. This also made the guards by his side take a pause.
"Sure, young lad. Just try to talk as clearly as possible." He gave me a wink.
He was kind of chill about everything. It might be because I am still a three-year-old child.
"Leave us alone for now."
Everyone bowed their heads, except for the prince, and left just the two of us alone.
"Pwease make yoursewf comfowtaba, yoa majesty."
The king let out a laugh.
"You sure are welcoming. Please seat yourself."
I sat down on the opposite chair while giving the king the sofa with the cushion. I intertwined my fingers and rested my chin on it. I relaxed my elbows on my knees.
"Okay, so what did you want to talk about?"
"Pewmishion to speak cashuawy." It took a moment to understand what I said.
"Permission granted."
The king gave me a curious look as he shifted on the couch to make himself more comfortable.
"How are mom, dad, and Awtha?" The king looked at me, curiously.
"Aren't these your parents?"
"Sowy, wet me make mysewf cwea. How awe Jake, Valewie, and Awtha?"
The king's eyes opened wide as he heard the names.
"Boy, what is your name?"
"Awexanda Cowingon."
The king gasped.
"They are still depressed about your disappearance. These two and half years have been quite tough for them. Why are you here? I will take you back right away."
"No, I'm not weady yet."
The king looked confused.
"Awso don't tew them about you meeting me hew. I want you to keep it a secwet."
"But-"
"Pwease!" I wasn't begging at all.

King of Flores' perspective
What was this? Right after the door shut, I began feeling a hint of nervousness that I felt when talking to my father when he was the king. My body was shaking just by talking to him. It was like I was not talking to a child, but my superior. I made eye contact with him. His eyes were strong and did not waiver one bit, even when a king was standing before him. Was he really just a child? What was I thinking? Of course, he is, but there was something about him that I couldn't put my finger on it. The nerve-racking feeling had taken over my body since he was talking about Jake and Valerie, well, since the beginning. But that feeling only intensified as he talked about his parents. His baby talk didn't help relax me at all. It was like he was putting this immense pressure on me right from the start.
"When do you plan to go to Jake, Alexander?"
The boy gave out a sigh.
"When the time is wight."
Alexander sat up, which automatically made me stand up as if I was standing in his respect. Seriously what is going on with me? I took a deep breath and started to walk toward the door.
"Remember. Everything that happened here stays here with us."
I gave him a small nod as I felt a piercing stare on my back. Alexander walked in front and opened the door for me. Everyone came up to me, even Hermon
"Your son is very intelligent, Maria. I hope to see all of you again."
I turned around to Alexander. "Especially you, boy."
Maria looked confused and looked at me.
"Hermon, this is Alexander. I hope you two will become friends in the future."
I could feel Alexander had awakened already. If Herman and Alexander could be friends, that would benefit greatly in the future. I turned to Maria.
"I'm going to go back now."
I left the mansion. Jake was one lucky fellow to have two geniuses in their family. Arthur had awakened at the age of seven, and now his second son has awakened at the age of three. I let out a sigh. Now I have to keep Alexander a secret from his own family. Jake was definitely not going to like this.
