Jay opened his eyes to find the light of a new day shining in his face. He yawned and stretched, taking a moment for himself to figure out where he was. He sat up and rubbed his eyes. “Ugh…” He groaned. “It's too early.” He got up and went over to the door, opening it to find Mr. Jones about to knock.
“Oh,” Jay yawned, running a hand through his messy golden hair. “Morning Mr. Jones.”
“Good morning, Jay.” Mr. Jones smiled and handed Jay a folded piece of paper. “This is your schedule for the day. Go down and see Ms. Autum for your lunch at 2 PM.”
“Thank you.” Jay took the paper, but Mr. Jones grabbed his wrist and pulled him in close. Jay froze awkwardly, since he was 5’3, his face was only a millimeter away from Mr. Jones’s chest.
“Mr. Jones.” Jays’ cheeks grew a bit pink. “What are-”
Mr. Jones let him go. “Sorry.”
“I-it's fine…” Jay blinked, and slowly shut the door in Mr. Jones’s face. Pervert. He opened the slip of paper and skimmed through it. Alright, I have to clean up Master Billy’s room right off the bat. He went over to the bag and pulled out his clothes, then slid them on.
Great! Fucking great!
Jay looked at himself in the mirror, it was a girl dress, that's for sure, with a too-short skirt and frills around his wrists, like a bracelet. The blondie felt his face go hot. It was tight to show off his curves, and small to show his thighs, he wrapped his arms around himself. I hate my life.
He groaned and decided to roll with it, he rapped on Billy’s door. “Master Billy?”
There was no answer, so Jay guessed that Billy was gone, he opened the door and his suspicions were confirmed, Billy was nowhere in sight.
Good. Jay walked inside and examined the messy room with disgust. Does he even know how to not act like a pig!? The freckled boy started to clean.
It took an hour and a half for him to finish the floor, he made the bed and crouched down to tuck in the covers when two hands slammed down on the bed on each side of him.
“Hello, my little maid~”
Jay gasped out and shot backward, ramming his spine into the person’s chest, they stumbled back, gasping, and Jay whipped around to face his attacker, only to realize that it's Billy.
“Oh,” Jay relaxed. “It's just you.”
“And if it wasn’t me?” Billy smiled, hand on his chest, Jay could see his muscles through his shirt.
“Let’s not go into details.”
Billy laughed, then he winced. “Ow ow owwwww..”
“That's what you get for being a pervert!” Jay retorted, he viciously poked Billy’s chest, making the brunette wince. “Jesussss. That’ll probably leave a bruise, take your shirt off. Lemmie see.”
“You wanna see me with a shirt off?” Billy smirked. “Wow, you move fast.”
“Shaddup!” Jay spat. “Mother always says that I have a bony spine!”
Billy sat on the bed and took his shirt off, Jay bent down to expect it. “Ouch,” Jay sympathized. “I’ll get some ointment for you, alright.”
“Aw, you’re so nice. By the way, nice skirt, really shows you off.”
“Do you wanna die!?” Jay bonked Billy on the head. “Lord save me.” He mumbled, stalking out of the room and knowing that Billy was watching.
He found his way into a bathroom and grabbed some ointment for Billys’ bruise, on the way out he almost ran into Carter.
“Mr. Elton!” Jay squeaked with surprise, startled. “S-sorry!”
“It's fine, Jay!” Carter laughed, he glanced at Jay’s outfit, and sympathy flashed in his eyes, but he didn't press the boy. “Whats that ointment for?”
“I accidentally gave Billy a bruise,” Jay confessed, hugging the bottle close.
Carter rose an eyebrow suspiciously, and it took Jay a moment for how that can be translated. “N-n-no, sir!” Jays’ face flushed. “He scared me, and I rammed my spine in his back. Y-you know… Straight stuff.” Jay half lied. There was nothing straight in that conversation.
“Ah, alright.” Carter softened. “Go ahead, Jaylin.” He patted Jay on the back, and he scurried off upstairs and into Billy’s room.
“You’re back,” Billy looked up to see Jay, smiling.
“Of course I’m back, do you think I would leave?” Jay hustled over to Billy.
“So you would never leave me?” Billy tipped his head, eyes twinkling.
“I'm tempted to,” Jay mumbled, he put the ointment on Billy’s chest, shivering slightly at the feel of his smooth, muscular skin.
“That feels good.”
“Good,” Jay nodded, satisfied. “That's what the ointment is for.”
“No…” Billy took Jays’ hand. “I meant, your touch, that feels good.”
Jays’ face flushed slightly, and he barred his teeth. “I don't think I remember asking.”
Billy looked surprised, and he dropped Jays’ hand. The boy stood up, his freckled face a mask of anger. “Go and put that on more you go to bed.” He threw the bottle to the bed.
“Why are you so sharp?” Billy asked.
“It's none of your business!” Jay snapped. He turned around and stalked off to the door, then Bily grabbed his hand.
“What!?” Jay snarled, whipping back around to Billy.
“You can tell me.”
“I. Don't. Care.” Jay snatched his hand away. “You have fencing lessons today, don't you? I suggest you go and get ready for that.”
“You have to work for me,” Billy argued, ignoring Jay telling him to get ready for his lessons. “Why can't we just and try to be friends?”
“Because I don't have friends.” Jay curled his hands into fists. “I'm your maid. And I’ve heard about the stories of what you’ve done to other maids.”
Billy dropped his gaze to his feet. “That was different.”
“Why?” Amusement started to bubble up in Jays’ chest, making him smirk and rest a hand on his hip. He’s heard this many times before. “Because I’m sooooo special and soooo different?”
Billy looked back up at Jay, and winter brown eyes met summer greens. “You are different.”
The tone of his voice made Jay’s brain do a double-take.
“I’ve never met someone like you.” Billy stood up. “If I’m being honest… I like the way you shut me down.”
“Wh-what?” Jay stepped back, spine-tingling. “But... you’ve just met me!”
“And I wanna know you… I do.” Billy took a step forward, and Jay darted into his room, shutting the door behind him and leaning against it, heart racing.
What. Just. Happened?
