A wand is the most common thing we use for magic. You can order your wand in the main office. However another option is grimoires. They are books that have magic that only the caster/user can see. They are less common and will therefore have special classes.

Grimoire users have a bit more free time, but not as much as the Horntails. They can be a lot stronger than a regular wizard or mage. One main rule is to have your item of magic such as a wand or grimoire on you at all times. If you are caught without one you can and will be sent to the woods. The woods are not safe in general. Especially not at night.

The Forest

There are various monsters that will not hesitate to attack or eat you. They will kill you if you are not strong enough. If and when you are sent into the woods be very careful. Depending on what you did, there should be a Horntail out there.

The Horntail cabin is out there fully stocked with food and warm beds. If you are not a Horntail, DO NOT go in there or the guardians will drag you out and throw you into the monster's nest or den. Now, if you have specific permission from a top student or Horntail then you may go in but only with them. Horntails may also go into any class or dorm that they desire, however if you are in any other house, do not attempt to. You will get in trouble no matter why or who you are. More rules will be mentioned later.

The woods outside of the school are known for their various creatures and monsters. Yes, there are unicorns, but do not be dared to drink their blood.The consequences are to be learned in class. Even so, it is training for seniors. They will be protected enough to not get hurt too bad. They will need to protect themselves and others. It gives them a glimpse of the actual world that we protect.
