As for the student body, there are rankings. The rankings are to make you challenge yourself. If you struggle, your teachers should be more than happy to help you get a tutor. The school has many diverse tutors at no expense, simply ask. The top fifteen students will get prizes at the end of the semester. The prize type depends on the time. Sometimes it is even a dragon ride.

We have multiple class options available to everyone. First up is Defence against Dark Arts led by Odius . It can also be called Anti-Arts or Ani-dar-arts In this course, you will learn spells and tricks of how to defend others and yourself.In this class you will also learn how to defeat The Darkness. This class is going to take outside studying and practice along with classroom work.

Charms is another class that is available to everyone. This class focuses on how to persuade people amongst other things. An example is the spell el leviosa. This spell allows you to somewhat control the motions of objects and people- upon patience and practice. An example of what is to be done in this class is lifting a feather by wand or Grimoire. After the introductory class, you will get down to the nitty gritty.

Potions classes are open to everyone. In potions, you will learn anything and everything from healing to poison. You will start with simple potions to make people happy. Then you will move to healing potions and safety when using and making potions. You will be allowed to experiment in this class. There will be warnings and notes. Most supplies are provided. However you need to provide ingredients for experiments along with practicing at home.

Magic creatures support our school. They also surround the world. There are many more than documented as we have come to find out. We have found a couple aren't as dangerous as they seem. A good example is Eclipsa the elder dragon. She was often feared but could be found in our forest much like other creatures you will find in this class. Eclipsa was killed, her dead body remains in the deep of the forest. This class is called Study Of Magic Creatures. This class is open to everyone. Special protection is provided to all students who choose this. The teachers that do not wear protection will also help protect students if a creature breaks out. Mr. Dragonheart is managing this class, but he prefers that you refer to him as Ace.

Jetting around in a world full of magic fast is not easy. Yes there are few that can use portals and spatial magic. Broom flying is used for more than that. If you plan on playing quidditch, a flying class like this one is required. This is the infamous Flying class that made our quidditch players so good at controlling their stability. There are brooms recommended outside of what is offered. This is bound to be a fun but also useful class.

Magical History is important to know so there is a class for it. In this class you will learn about the history of mages and magic in all of its glory and downfalls. There is a lot to learn from the past and from your future. Learning from mistakes of the past is a key part of joining our Magical Guard. More information about the Magical Guard is available later on page. The history class is respected but it is still just an elective. There is much more to choose from too.
