I blinked and bit my lips, feeling so conscious about my friends. It's been hours since they're like this. I don't know but they're acting so different. Why do I feel that something happened yesterday when we're just together, we just hanged out before parting ways.

"Fuck." Kaos murmured, pissed and troubled. I saw him glanced at Hanne before closing his eyes and sighed.

We're at the campus ground, sitting under the tree for protection from the heat of the sun. The class already ended after tons of quizzes, reporting, and discussions. We decided to hang out in here to feel fresh because honestly, we all need it.

"Argh!" Haze suddenly said and gripped his hair, annoyed.

I thought everyone will look at him but they didn't! Guillana's still busy looking at the clouds. Seraphine's typing on her laptop, serious. Hanne's playing games, ignoring everything. Kaos' still looks troubled even with his eyes closed. Haze's looks like he wants to kill someone. And Trious, the absent member yesterday, is busy playing with my fingers.

"E-Excuse me..." a gentle voice made me look at the person who just talked.

"Wayne," Kaos said and stood. He's awake now and the Omega's got a bandage on his cheek.

"I just wanted to give you this as thanks for yesterday," Wayne smiled and handed a cute paperbag to Kaos who smiled a bit. He seemed nervous though.

"You want to sit with us?" Seraphine asked, still typing on her laptop, not looking at the Omega.

"R-Really?" He seemed nervous and excited at the same time, eyes sparkling while looking at Kaos who looked bothered.

"Of course," we all looked at Hanne who answered the question. He stopped from playing and raised his head, eyed Wayne with his mean poker face. "Why not? Sit anywhere you want."

"I-I... okay," he smiled and looked at Kaos before sitting next to him.

My brows furrowed. Something feels strange. The atmosphere's weird. I shrugged it off and let Trious braid my hair. I don't know when he learned it but he suddenly started braiding my hair when he's in the mood. My hair kind of long and can be braided.

Hanne stood from sitting and looked at us. He motioned the phone and we nodded. He turned his back on us and walk not so far to answer his phone. I was dumbfounded seeing him smile at his phone while answering because never did I seen him that happy. If I was an Alpha, I would've marked him so no one can steal him from me.

"Kaos, since when did you and Hanne became friends?" I asked curiously after a few minutes.

"We're childhood friends." He said and looked away like there's something he's hiding.

"Then, do you have someone you like?" I asked again, curious.

"Of course." He smiled and Wayne blushed, looking away.

"Is it perhaps... Hanne?" I asked again. "He's a beauty. He's mean but he's actually kind."

"Ahh, no. We're just friends," he answered nonchalantly.

"What kind of fucking question was that?" Hanne tsked and glared at me. My eyes widened in surprise. I did not notice him and so is Kaos! Kaos became quiet like he's protecting someone or he's being careful not to hurt someone. "By the way, I have matters to talk with you,"

"What is it?" Trious was the one who asked I stood.

"Don't worry, I won't touch him." Hanne said and when I stopped in front of him, he touched my cheek in a weird way. "Or maybe not?"

"Hanne!" Trious yelled and glared at Hanne.

"Just kidding." Hanne chuckled and pulled me.

We stopped in the spot where he answered his phone earlier. I waited for him to speak but he just kept on typing on his phone until he showed me what he typed. My eyes widened on what I just read.

"Why would you... aren't you rich? Like, rich rich?" I motioned him. "Look at you. You look so expensive so why- oh, don't tell me your parents kicked you out?"

"I'm not rich, so is my parents. They already kicked me out since I'm 8." He looked away, furiously blushing. H-He's shy! "I'm like this because I have a source of money but now, that source is so done with me so... can I live with you?"

"Of course," I scratch my head a little in confusion. "Just... pay half of the rent.

"Bet!" he smiled and hugged me tight before letting go. "Let's go?"

I nodded, still lost in thought.

It's not a problem to live with him, actually. We're both Omegas. And he seemed he really needed some place to stay, too, so I agreed. And he said he agreed paying half of the rent which is a big help to me. I'm short of money, too.

I ignored Trious' curious stares. I know he wants to talk about what Hanne told me but I think I needed to keep it as a secret so I better ignore him or I'll spill it to him accidentally.

"Hey, guys. Mom said they rented a private hotel for a week but they're leaving early. She asked if I would like to go there with you. We can go there after class on friday and stay there for until sunday night." Seraphine said, looking at her laptop before looking at us. "Do you guys- "

"Of course, we'll go!" Haze answered excitedly when Seraphine's not even done talking. Seraphine rolled her eyes and we all laughed except for the two Alphas who just shook their heads. "Our exams are tomorrow, wednesday and thursday, friday is the completion of activities. All school works will be done by friday afternoon. Talk about perfect timing,"

"Okay," Seraphine typed on his laptop. "Everyone's coming, right?"

"I don't think I can co- "

"Those who will not come will pay for our our lunch for a week," Haze said, cutting Hanne off.

"Fuck you!" Hanne showed Haze his middle finger.

"Sure, Just do it good, babe." Haze teased and blew him a kiss.

Hanne shook his head and looked at Wayne with boredom so we all looked at him, too. Wayne's cheek blushed as he looked down. He looked so out of place.

"Wanna come, Wayne?" Seraphine asked.

"R-Really?" Wayne's face lit up and I nodded together with Guillana and Haze. "T-Then, I will,"

"Then, three rooms. You three Alphas will sleep together. There's a room with three beds. There's a room but with only four beds so I guess I will book another room. Guillana and I will take the room with two beds- "

"No need to book another room. Let's just out our beds together." Hanne suggested and we agreed.

"Okay. Two rooms, then." Seraphine said and typed on her laptop.

Oh, to be rich like that.

I looked at Hanne. He looked so deep in thoughts and I think, I know what's he's thinking. And I was right. We are all focused with studying. Wednesday and thursday came, we all aced our exams. On friday, we finished our activities. Trious became busy, too, but he never forgot to drop me off to my apartment. I know he's bothered. There's so many times where he looks like he was going to tell me something but in the end, he'll keep quiet or make excuses.

"Head count, everyone!" Haze yelled from the driver's seat. We're currently on his van and he's the one driving, off to the resort.

"No need, idiot!" Seraphine said and smacked Haze's head. They're both in the front seat.

The resort's an hour and a half drive. While on the road, we ate chips and vibe with the played music. After an hour, almost everyone's asleep. Me, Haze, and Hanne are awake. I looked at Trious who's comfortably sleeping beside me with his head on my lap. I stroke his hair. So soft. I looked at everyone. Kaos and Wayne are sleeping together, sharing a blanket that made them looked sweet. Guillana and Hanne are in front of me and Trious.

"Hey, Haze." Hanne carefully said. "Drop me on the gas station."

"What? Why?" Haze asked carefully, afraid of waking the others up.

"Just shut up and drop me off. Here. Right here."

Haze looked confused but he did stop in the gas station. Hanne told Haze that he'll go tomorrow if he can before closing the van's door. Me and Haze looked at each other, confused. We looked at the back and when we saw Hanne entered a bus, Haze started driving.

"He's gonna visit someone." I told Haze and he nodded, still bothered and confused with Hanne's actions.

I knew too well that he's not gonna visit someone. He's gonna visit his place and pack his things. He asked my room keys yesterday and I gave it to him. I shook my head and looked outside the window. He looked so sad.

When we arrived at the resort, everyone screamed in joy. The resort's so huge and so beautiful. There's two pools, a large and small ones. And the rooms are like super huge cottages. No one's here but us and the staffs, accompanying us. It took them five minutes before noticing that Hanne's missing. I immediately explained.

"He'll go here tomorrow so don't worry." I smiled at them. "Maybe tomorrow morning, he's already here. He just fixed something."

They all look so relieved except Kaos and Trious who looks so lost in thoughts. We fixed out things before eating. It's already getting dark and the pool's light are now turned on. Haze told us we'll have night swimming and we did. We had fun in the pool and played games. Haze called Hanne when we played.

"Hey, dummy. We're playing." Haze started. "What're you doin'?"

"I'm fixing something, ass-face." Hanne said meanly and we all snickered. He glared. "I'm hanging up now- " we heard a loud thud. "Fuck. That hurts."

"What happened?" Kaos asked immediately and took the phone from Haze who whistled. "Where are you?"

"Apartment." Hanne said and there's a loud thud again. "Ahh, shit. I'm gonna hang up now."

Kaos lips parted and stared at the phone before looking at me. He was about to speak but Wayne held his arm and Haze took his phone.

"I want to rest," I whispered and yawned.

"Let's go?" He asked and offered his hand. I immediately took it, smiling. Trious looked at Haze. "Daphton wants to rest. We'll be just sitting in the side."

Haze nodded and continued playing with the others whose laughed can be heard from afar for how loud their laugh is. Both Trious and I sat on the pool side, watching the others having fun. I looked at the sky and stared at it.

"Trious..." I called even though I can feel him staring since earlier we sat here. "Do you like someone?"

"What's with the question?" His brows furrowed. 

"Because..." I lift up my feet and leaned on my knee, hugging my legs while looking at him. "I read an article."

"About what?" He looked and sounded so curious. 

"You see," I looked away and played with my fingers. "It says in the article that you'll know when you like a person when your heart skips a beat when you're with them, nervous and excited at the same time. Like you're floating in peacefulness, happiness... and you hated it when they became close to other, closer than how close you are with them... like you're losing their attention. You feel sad and mad at the same time."

"And?" he tried to peek at me.

"That's all," I glanced at him. "Well, do you feel that way towards someone?"

"Uhh, yeah." He shrugged. "He's dense, though."

"Ehh? Why would he be dense?" my brows furrowed and I whisper to him, "I think you're the one who's dense. Zayne doesn't look like he doesn't like you."

"And why are you assuming that it's him?" He frowned and flicked my forehead but it didn't hurt. It was so gentle. "Please, stop assuming things."

"Oh," I looked away and caressed my forehead. "Then, who is it?"

"I can't tell you," He smiled a bit and looked gazed at the sky.

I sighed and looked at the sky, too, feeling my heartbeat. There it goes. It's so fast I feel like my heart's gonna escape my ribcage any minute now. And I feel like crying. My heart aches so much my vision blurred. I stared at him looking up at the sky. I don't know what expression he was wearing because my vision's blurred.

"Why do you like the person?" I exhaled and kept the air in my mouth.

"Uhh. I can't tell." I wiped my tears and looked at him. I can see him now and he's staring at the sky as if he's imagining the person. Slowly, a sincere smile crept on his lips. "I think... it just happened. And then we became close- for me. I like having him around me. I like clinging to him every chance that I got. I like being with him. It's my comfort. I forget every problems that I have whenever I'm with him. I like tailing him, holding him. I like him so much I think I'm going insane and it'll drive me crazy if I ever lose him."

We both fell silent. I was thinking about what he said. He said that he's always with the person he likes but I don't know who that person is when in fact, we are always together. Then, is he seeing that person when he's not with me anymore?

"Then, would you... tell the person?" I asked again after a long peaceful silence. "If the person's here, would you?"

"I want to..." he said after sighing. It looks like he really want to tell the person. "I don't think he's ready yet. It's has been just months. Two months?"

"Then, I'll confess..." I whispered.

"You'll what? What are you- " he stopped talking when he saw me crying, sobbing and sniffing. "H-Hey, what happened? Come here,"

"T-Trious... what you said..." I cried even harder when he pulled me closer and hugged me. My hearts beating so fast that it aches together with the pain I'm feeling.

"Yes? What about it?" He sounded so careful while caressing my hair. "Tell me, what is it?"

"E-Everything you said..." I backed away a little to look up to his face. I don't care if I look so messed up now. I want to tell him. "W-What you said about how you f-feel to the person you like is what exactly I feel t-towards you... I think... I really l-like you, Trious..."

I bit my lips and looked away and pulled away from him completely. The thoughts that kept bothering me, I finally said it to him. Now, my problem is that I'm sure we'll gonna be awkward and distant to each other. I like him and he likes somebody else. And he's not talking, he looked so lost. Maybe, he's thinking about how to get away from me.

"I just told you because I want to be honest with my feeling. I'll go in first..."

I walked away, fast until I was running not until I feel someone grabbed my wrist. My eyes widened in shock but I immediately shut it when I bump into Trious chest. It's hard so my forehead kinda hurt. I stepped back and look at him in shock.

"Trious! What are you- "

My words was cut off when he snaked his arm round my waist, he pulled me closer and kissed me. I was in surprise! And I feel myself weakening as he kissed me with gentleness. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back. It was a sudden reaction I didn't know that exist! It's like I was supposed to do it and the atmosphere tells me to... and I want to kiss him, too.

"Dummy, I was supposed to confess tomorrow but you did it first," He said after pulling back from the kiss.

He kissed my forehead before hugging me tightly again. This time, it's not only my fast heartbeat that I can feel. His heart is beating so fast, and loud, too.

"Let's kiss again," I said, looking up at him.

He chuckled lightly but he did kiss me again. I just realized then that I am the person he's preferring to as dense. Am I?
