It was midday during recess on a Friday. All the students were getting their vaccinations and medical checkups while the teachers were holding a meeting. Of course,the topic of their meeting this time was extremely different than the previous years.

  "So,when are your students going up,Tomoe?" asked Teacher Dees. He was an English teacher with brown eyes and blonde hair. He wasn't very...likable among the students.

  "Last. I'm getting tested too so I'm doing it right after my students."

  "Oh,why? The upcoming battle?" asked Teacher Wisvoir,a biology teacher that was pretty boring when teaching,her extremely common black-hair,black eyes and generic clothing didn't help her stand out either. However,she had a bit of a short-temper so people payed attention to her classes anyway.

  "Mhmm. Talking about the battle,where's the Headmaster?"

  "He should be coming soon. I could tell him to hurry himself down here if you want."

  "I think I'll wait. We are not in much of a rush anyway."

  "He just texted me." said Teacher Raíz. She was a calm maths teacher that liked to drag her classes out so she could teach the students as many topics as possible into a single lesson. "He said that he was just at the door 2 seconds ago,but he forgot his prized coffee mug so he went to go get it. He'll probably be back in a few minutes."

  "Prized? Where did he get it from?"

  "His niece got it in a contest. She gave it to him as a birthday present and he's been drinking from that thing ever since." replied Teacher Opsta. Despite his colourful outfit and the coloured contacts he wears,he's a history teacher. "It's a truly wonderful story~"

  "When was this?"

  "Hmm,a few yea-"

  "3 years and 7 months ago was when Hill gifted that mug to me." The Headmaster has arrived

  "So,I'm guessing you've gotten to know everyone?" asked the Headmaster to Tomoe.

  "Not everyone but,I do know their names. You gave me that list after all."

  "Heh. So,care to teach everyone here about Taize,Tomoe?"

   "You go ahead. Im'ma take a nap since our great Headmaster seems energetic enough." Tomoe then rested his head on the table. "Wake me up...when it is battle plan.......time......" Everyone had the same thought,
"He fell asleep that quickly?"

  "Alright. As I'm sure you all know,Rign,or demons have tier levels. The Ohrign is the top,being the king and everything while Taize are right below him. There are about 7 in total. We got a lucky roll this time though."

  "Lucky roll?" asked Raíz.

  "Their titles are based on their personalities. This batch,they're the exact same as our Seven Deadly Sins."

  "Greed,Wrath,Lust,Pride,Gluttony,Sloth and Envy?" asked Opsta.

  "Of course. Pride is their leader and she gives out the titles to everyone else. Every 6,672 years,the Ohrign comes down from his castle and gives the leader their title if a new one is needed."

  "So how much time do we have?" asked Teacher Noah. He was a Maths teacher that was originally from Singapore. However,Singapore and Sumatra of Indonesia were conquered by the Japanese so he is a Japanese citizen. He had a soul patch which was red despite his hair and eyes being black.

  "The cycle started 6 years ago so,if we can beat them now,we'll have some peace from them for a while."

  "What even are they though?"

  "Hm,can't you guess? They are mayors that reside over areas of Hell,or what Tomoe's people call it,Ab'eonam. The Ohrign has control over them but,he practically lets them do whatever they want."

  "So,even if we beat the Taize,we still have to deal with their underlings?" asked Wisvoir.

  "Nope. I made a deal with the Taize that they wouldn't touch anyone on this island,and I wouldn't touch them."

  "Then what's the problem?"

  "Sumatra isn't connected to this island." Everyone in the room realized that,if they ever were to travel outside of mainland Malaysia and anything that's connected to it,they could very easily be killed. "I should've read the fine print when making that deal. And the Royal Family can still attack us. Those are the Rign that Tomoe has been dealing with all this time."

  "Ngh.....ahhwwwwwwwwwww" Tomoe yawned as he woke up. "I heard my name so I'm guessing we can get to the plan?"

  "Well,that was pretty much everything. Anyone got any questions?" No one had anything so they got to planning straight away.

  "I wanna deal with the leader last. 'She' is the strongest and the students definitely aren't ready."

  "'She'?" asked Opsta.

  "Oh,that's the name for..." Tomoe flipped through his handbook. "Pride. I'll try to use the name you guys are comfortable with."

  "Actually,I typed it on the screen behind me." said the Headmaster showing the projection screen that was indeed behind him.

  "Oh I didn't notice. These names are extremely unique and splendid~"

  "Then I'll just stick with what I'm used to. I would like to handle it in this order. First,Suiv[Lust],
Alishba[Gluttony],
Aarion[Greed],
Biron[Sloth],
Jun[Envy],
Flucht[Wrath],
and finally, 'Her'[Pride]."

  "I noticed that all of them have names next to their titles...but,why is Pride just 'Her'? Is that her actual name?"

  "It's said that she has eyes and ears everywhere. So,I'd rather not call her name and risk her thinking I want her here." Tomoe looked at his pocket-watch and then got up from his seat. "I have to go to the Nurse's Office now. I have a feeling on where Greed is,but not any of the others. If you can find out where they are,that would be great."

  "Ah Tomoe,it's your turn now,isn't it?" asked Amelia.

"Yup."

"How's that wound?"

"It isn't healing but it isn't opening it so ay-okay!"

"...Hmm....." Amelia was thinking of something hard while she was doing the regular check-up on Tomoe. "Height:155cm

Push-ups...well,I guess your amount for the exercises aren't surprising. Since you're a soldier and all..."

"Soldier isn't the exact right word but,yes. I have trained a fair amount."

"...Did you get that wound from training?"

Tomoe sighed. "Want me to tell the story while you give me the medicine?"

"Yes please!" She started to take the vaccines from the shelf

"My race,Hime,we're not well liked."

"Why's that? I think you guys are quite cute."

"We're seen as humans with deformities. Being too human-like to be with the animals,but too animal-like to be with the humans. It makes my case worse since my father was a Hime and my mother is a goddess."

"Wait,so you're a demigod?"

"Yes but,demigods are just the same as humans. We just have a better chance of getting inhuman powers,that's all."

"Is it a high chance?"

"Only about 3% higher. Depending how you look at it,it could be big or small amount but,I find it practically useless."

"Well,I guess if you compared it to the rest of the world,it's pretty big?"

"Usually,us Hime would live in our own nation. No one bothered us and we bothered no one. However,this nation was my mother's hometown. I wasn't even born there."

"You weren't?"

"My mother got pregnant back at my dad's hometown in the Hime nation,Durya. So,they were traveling but,they didn't make it in time and her water broke midway to my current home. My older brother was already born by that time."

"I'd love to hear about that family tree but,can we get to your wound?"

"Oh,right. So,in school,the students would bully me since I went to a rich kids' school and I was an easy target. I had some friends who would protect me,but you can't do much when dealing with your seniors."

"You had no senior friends?"

"My wife was the only one. So,they would do it without her knowing. The scar that you're so interested in,they used a short-sword and cut it open. After,they burned the surrounding area so my platelets would fail. They may have also put a curse on me so that part would never heal back,who knows?"

"..."

"Hm? Is something the matte-" Tomoe looked up to see Amelia and saw that she was crying. "A-are you okay? If that story was too disturbing for you the-."

"I FEEL SO BAD FOR YOU. I CAN'T IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF PAIN YOU WENT THROUGH."
