"Okay, I think it's time for us to get to class now." Kiem protested. We all shook our heads "yes", and walked away from the yellow slide. Miles wrapped his arm around Kiem and whispered something in his ear. Kiem frowned and took Miles's arm off of him, brother trouble much? "So, what's your number, Monnie? We want to add you to our group chat, you seem cool." Nella said to me. I took her phone and added my number. "Your last 3 digits are '666'?" Nella shockly askes. I laugh and shake my head yes. "It's the fact that I had this number since I was 12, for me." I replied. We both laugh.
I hear a ding and look at my phone. It's Jason clingy ass. He says that he loves me with all of his heart and to not to talk to any boys, especially the "bad/hood" ones." I roll my eyes and sigh. "Is something wrong?" Nella concernly asks. I shake my head no, and say it's just my brother being overprotective as usual. She chuckles and pats my back. Than says, "Don't stress it. If only my brother did the same for me, I probably wouldn't need a sugar daddy now." She fronts a smile and than I do the same.
As we approach Door "A", I weirdly see this girl watching me from afar, I just strug it off. But than, I was walking behind Kiem and wasn't really paying attention, when someone bumped into me, (yes! I am claiming that they bumped into me even though I wasn't looking where I was gong). "Shit!" The person said. We both ended up on the ground. I try to rub the pain any from my head, but damn it stings! I guess the person already got up because when I looked up, all I could see is a tall ass girl glaring down at me. "Oh, my bad, I didn't see you. In my defense, you are short as hell, little girl." Said the tall broad. Nella helped me up and gave a dirty look at the chick who bumped into me. The girl that was watching me from afar was gone now. How strange.
"What's that on your clothes?" Miles asked. "Oh! That must be the ink from my pen." The girl said with an attitude. Man! I wanted to hit the chick, she was really starting to get on my nerves. "Next time watch where you are going, strimp!" She said as she rolled her eyes. I could see the rage in Nella's facial expression, Eli had to hold her back a bit. "Aye Zonnie, chill out!" Iyonah shouted. "It's Zanea to you, you trashy skank!" "Trashy skank?! Bitch don't start with me today!" Iyonah said in return while damn near dropping her bookbag to the ground. "Hey! Is there a problem?" A security guard shouts as he passes by. "No sir." Miles say to the guard. Eli, Kiem, and I try to grab Iyonah and her bookbag and walk away, while Miles grabbed Nella and her stuff. I looked back at Zanea and she sticks her middle finger at me, I roll my eyes and than she switchs (her flat ass) off.
"Ghee I hate her!" Iyonah said. "Yeah! She the only 'trashy skank' around. Always opening her legs to the highest bidder." Eli and Miles agreed. "Monnie, stick with us, okay?" Nella said. I shook my head yes. "By the way, what you gon' do 'bout that black ink stain?" Miles asked me. Shit what am I'm going to do. My fit was fire and that Zanea-skank ruined it. "Don't you have an extra pair of clothes or something, in that army bag you got wit' cha?" Eli askes as he smirks. "Damn! You right, I do have a pair of overalls." I replied smiling. "You gotta'-- 'lotta shit in that-- big ass bag, Monnie." Nella said while laughing. "Haha, least I can make you laugh, huh?" I said in return. After a whole mintue of the gang laughing at me being prepared and having a "big ass bag", we all arrived at the gates of Hell, a.k.a Door "A", the entrance of the school building.
I turned around to make sure I haven't dropped anything (because I DON'T play about my belongings) and than took a deep ass breath while closing my eyes. Here I go for real this time, the start of my sophomore. "Shit! I'm scared y'all." I say out loud while opening my eyes. The gang looked at me and Miles said, "Don't worry we got your back." "Yeah, you got us Monnie!" Nella said. Well, here goes nothing. But before I could step forward I looked down and saw my shoe lace untied. As I bent down to fix my shoes, I....
