I was walking home from the local market. I was trying to make a trade but, once the lady whom I was trying to make a trade with saw my red eyes she called me the devil and told me to leave or she would call the guards.

I didn't want to start something plus if the castle guards get called I wont be able to fight them off.

So, I left empty handed.... 

I knew mother would be upset but, honestly I didn't care.

"If she didn't fuck a random man off the streets she wouldn't have had me.", I mumbled now in front of my door.

"What did you bring me today". mother said searching for maybe some fruit or better yet some rice.

I sighed and said "Nothing, The market lady didn't let me trade anything."

"So, why are you here."

I rolled my eyes and said without thinking "Just go to the market yourself. You and I both know that they wont let me trade for shit." 

Mother gave a single glare and I knew this was it.

I saw a flash and I was on the floor tears falling from my eyes.

I looked up at mother. She had a discussed look.

That was the only look I've ever got from anyone.

I hated that look...but, not as much as I hate my eyes.

"I really hate my eyes......"
