The transmission disappeared.

The one who calls herself Eve immediately became lost in her own thoughts. She floated across her space and alighted on a comfortable perch in the center. 

The message had been the most perplexing thing she had ever received. It unnerved her. And yet it was intriguing.

All of her senses were firing like the exploding worlds that collided in her dreams. 

Someone was offering her a key. A window or a door perhaps to another plane of existence or understanding. Or perception. The message promised warmth and tenderness. And an epic opportunity.

Eve gathered herself together. 

She wanted to be brave, but she was apprehensive. Was this real or imagined? Was this a friend or foe? Was it indeed an opportunity or a trap?

Secretly she hoped the message would appear again.
