~Chapter 3 Blaze’s POV~

I growled back at Dustin as I started to shift “Don’t come out unless I say so.” I barked “Who is there!” Then a deep growl ripped through the forest “Little Bunny~ Come out and play with us~” I heard Dustin say “P-please l-leave.” I growled back “He isn't your Little Bunny.” “ I don’t like to share with others” the second wolf growled while he started to run at me.

I easily dodged him “Which one of you dared to touch my mate.” I knew it was a lie, but I didn't feel that bad saying Dustin was my mate. Now I was standing between the two wolves. I saw a grin appear on the wolf in front of me. “Heh so the slut got a mate, I wonder how stupid or what rock you're living under to say that he is your mate.” I felt the anger in me rise to a boil.

“Call him that again I dare you,” I said. The wolf repeated “He’s a slut what you gonna do to me hah,” he scoffed. I snapped he was making fun of a person who couldn't fight back. I howled and charged at the wolf, grabbing the back of his neck and I threw him against a tree. I spun around to give the other wolf a piece of my mind, but I didn't see him.

Then a shriek pierced the air.

It was Dustin screaming “LET GO OF ME!” I quickly shifted back and ran up to the hideout. I tore down the wall not caring about the pain. I felt some blood trickle down my face. Then I saw the wolf in human form kissing Dustin, Dustin was sobbing.

I stomped over to the wolf and grabbed his collar, punching him and letting him fall to the ground. I then picked up Dustin and started carrying him while walking away. “Let's get you cleaned up shall we,” I said while walking deeper into the wood. I heard Dustin say “Mhmm” before falling asleep in my arms.
