Midday, I park my car at our apartment complex. My family is in real estate, our company is one of the well known real estate companies in London.

Because Aj's family and my family are very close, he resides at our apartment complex. My plan is to break in but because we are friends and I am known as his friend here, technically it is not breaking in at all especially when I have a key, right?

Aj moved in here about 3 years ago. I know my way around his apartment. I go straight to his home office, hopefully, I will find something.

Lights on, now where to start?

Drawer after drawer just business stuff and pictures of family and friends, I am there too. But nothing about Sarah. Now I have to check the bedroom, personal stuff belongs there anyway.

Light on and I was a point on. Hello Sarah. I was welcomed by a picture of her not just one but many. I sat on the bed starring at them and by the looks of things this relationship is not something new. One of the pictures was when Sarah cut her hair short for the Maldives vacation with her friends last Christmas, I guess that friend was my friend Aj.

I went around the room to see what more I can find. The closet, of course, her clothes will be here, not surprised after the pictures but I need something that I was starting from. I need a paper trail.

Since there aren't many things but pictures, clothes and receipts then I have to choose but to ask Sarah first and see how she will answer me and what can I get from her answers by the looks of things she is the relationship owner.

I left the apartment to went back to work.

In the evening, I was on my way home. And I was having those moments where I wish the road was a bit long and it will take forever to get there.

I know you are wondering why don't I move out. I voiced this once but father was against it, he wanted me at his eyes view. I am 26 and I was ruled by my father and now his spirit rules over me. After his death I had a chance to be free, I was going to stay until the Will reading then move out but came to this relationship of Sarah and Aj. But now I have to stay and keep an eye on them. Something doesn't seem right here especially when they have been together since father was alive.

I got home at dinner time, dinner was being served. At the dinner table, there was Sarah and my sisters, Kate and Tina. Kate is the eldest. Tina and I are five years apart, I the oldest.

I sat down for my meal on my side of the table. Which was opposite them. They were in their chitchat world as usual and I just quietly ate my food.

I put my spoon down as I count down preparing to ask the question that has been boring me the whole day.

I sighted from within, 5 4 3 2 1

"Sarah"

"Mom", she said back

I turned my pride down just for peace " Mom", I said

"Since when have you been in a relationship with my friend" I looked straight at her as the words came out of my mouth.

She choked a bitter but controlled herself "why are you asking, I don't think you are in the right to ask" she said.

"No reason at all but for knowledge sake, I would like to know"

"He was shoulder to cry on and it developed from there, I deserve to be happy you know" after that she went back to her dinner, with a mood that says no more questions.

"Yes, you do mom" I looked up at that voice and I came across Kate's stare. And that was a warning to stop.

I hear my phone ring as I walk out of the bathroom. It's Aj, I sighted.

"Hi"

[What were you doing in my apartment today]

"To look for you but there was no one home, so I rested for while"

[That place of rest was where exactly]

"That sofa, of course, but is there anything wrong, Aj"

[No] he ended the call just like that.

My friend, I am on to you. I am making my move.
