Warm air breezed in Dinslo’s land, that warm air could make every soul feel sleepy in the mid-day especially who already had lunch and laying down on the ground. But those things are not applied for two boys who just found the fact.

“Wat?”

“Ehh?”

“I know you are a liar, but you would go this far just to amuse me, oh so you are a real cook?”, Exxone said that with flat expression.

“Ha? Eh? So you just saying that I’m a random person that you saw every day?! No, I attended at Magicna Mudrost too!”, Claude replied with troubled tone.

Actually at this point, Claude want to reveal everything.

“Huh? I never see your face, but I do have some business related what you said before”, Exxone replied.

“Yeah! I’m the one who followed you with that girl twice, but somehow you always knew that I followed you!”, added Claude.

“Twice? I don’t remember, I just know someone followed me once 3 days ago”, Exxone retorted with puzzled face.

“Tsk, looks like I’m dealing with someone really damn strong that he didn’t even remember what I did”, Claude monologued in his mind.

“If you really the one who followed me, tell me a prove or something that only the real person could know on that day”, Exxone said.

“Yes , I know it of course, last time I followed you out from school, you ended up fighting someone random and that random person asked for my help instead, then the other one was when you off to class with Slavia Commander’s daughter after lunch break!”, Claude revealed everything.

“Ooh, it was you after all! Wait, the second thing you said is-”

“Enough talk! Looks like we have to settle this here and now! From there, I could get Slavia Commander’s daughter!”, Claude cut Exxone’s word and strike directly.

Claude chanted his buff skill and dashed to Exxone’s face swiftly and about to land his punch into Exxone’s face. But, Exxone only grinned seeing his action. Suddenly, Exxone’s two small knife were right behind him.

Claude changed his direction into left to dodge his knife but one of Exxone’s knife stabbed his left foot and made his movement slower.

Stab!

“UAHK”, he groaned.

Of course, I won’t give him a chance. I already believe him at the first word he said that he was the suspicious person that I looked for.

I dashed into that jerk after I stabbed him gave him a dropped kick to his face.

“Brakk!”, I hit that jerk face. But, looks like didn’t gave in yet. He stood up and took off my knife and dropped it beside him. He is a fool.

“*chant* Work!” I flew my knife and stab him again at the other foot and I use my tinder magic and and wrapped the fire in my whole right fist with mana enforcer technique that I learned in class and landed it to his chest before he even move.

Actually, the class’s lesson that day is used for mechanical repair using mana so you don’t need physical power to do it, but I used it as enhancement physical power. Magic is surely great!

“Pow!”, I send him fly to air about 3 meters away from me, and his clothes is started on fire. I could see the after effect fire that spread on the air began to disappear. Lastly, my finsihing technique, I dashed to him with my agility and grab his collar and hit his face multiple times.

I could hear him screaming.

“Ooh okay, OKAY, I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO! I LOSE OKAY?! SO-SO PLEE- PLEASE!! ST- STOP!”, Claude screaming really hard even I’m still punching his face.

After we stopped our one-sided fight, I asked on his action while he put out his burning jacket.

“I’m trapped. Someone put chain magic on me so he know what am I doing right now”, he replied.

“Then, is that what your boss asked you to say right now?”, I retorted.

“NO! OF COURSE NOT!”

Three years before, lived a happy family in a small town even the current state of nation is on massive war. They lived like it was only a pass-by air. The first son of the family is a talented fighter that won regional tournament twice a row. Many people asked him to join forces with vampire’s military, but he always refused it because he chose to stay with his family.

One day, yeah, that town bombarded with human’s artilleries weapon, left everything perished. The boy who got back from his training with some other fellow shocked seeing that scenery. Suddenly, enormous bow shot them and luckily he survived the attack, but only him who left out. One of Imperial Army’s brought him to his general. He interested with his power to withstand that sudden attack and asked him to join with human forces.

Of course he fought back with all his power, but at that time, he wasn’t strong enough to take down the enemy’s general. Instead, he was chained with magic and send back to main city with purpose to find vampire’s executive and kill them to gain his freedom back.

“I think it’s better for that boy to join human’s tournament to boost his living”, I retorted.

“YOU HEARTLESS SCUM! THAT BOY IS ME!!”, Claude screaming again with teary eyes.

“Actually I know what are you saying, but you are really weak even against me who just learned magic for about one week”, I replied.

“That chain magic suppressed my real power right now, even I could beat you in one hit if I got my full power back”, Claude said that with strange smile.

“So you want me to fight that human? Not happening, even you don’t manage to do anything to my friend either”, I provoked him.

“I’ll DO ANYTHING!”

At this point, I pitied him, he looks like a bird in a cage looking for his freedom, but he could do it without anyone to help him. Just run away you idiot. Well, that is an irresponsible thing to say.

From afar, another suspicious person with white cloak watching Exxone and Claude’s conversation.

“Tch, that pawn is already useless now, time to act”, he grinned.
