"do you know what date is today? well is the twenty-second. the day after your death but the thing is that I died two months after your death.... well I was actually murder by someone.... they poisoned me and now like if nothing has happened we are back in time but the strangest thing of all of them is hte fact that only we seem to remember everything that happened that night..... in the eyes of everyone else that day was different."

said Roger while feeling anxious.

"so you were also murder? but how? why? but why us? I don't understand anything, everything is so cunfusing."

said Martha feeling desperate.

"I don't know what happen to us nor I can explain it but of one thing I am sure and that is that we died and now we are here.... if you want to do something tell me, we are in the same team."

said Roger feeling even more anxious.

while they are talking Rigoberto and Richard are outside of the restaurant talking with each other, both of them are angry and they seem to be arguing more than talking. Richard whispers something on the ear of Rigoberto whom gets really angry and he starts to hit him. Alexander and Augusto both are out and they try to stop Rigoberto from almost killing Richard whom is bleeding a lot. Donovan also gets out and he looks at the four of them.

"really? is this how you decided to behave in my restaurant? who you think I am to allow you losers to do as you please on my place. you better go back to work if you don't want to lose your jobs now."

said Donovan furious to see them fighting.

they all decided to go back inside quietly. while they were talking the detective Darwin Fisherman entered on the restaurant. he was hungry and he was investigating a case that was closed to that place. at the same moment in which he sits Dolores stands in front of him. for a moment he feels like if he had seen her before but he doesn't remember when nor where. he forgets about that and he orders some chalupas while smiling and Dolores leaves a note on the table. the detective takes the note and he reads it "if something ever happens to me I want you to investigate those who work with me" the detective looks up at the woman which is smiling at him and he feels anxiety and fear by thinking in those words written in the note. he can feel it deep inside of his self that something bad might happen in this place.

once he finish eating he leaves the restaurant and he feels like he would return soon to that place and he is afraid that this is just the beginning of a nightmare.

Jake was in need of money and he was feeling desperate so without thinking he decided to steal money from the cash register but what he didn't know is that Martha knew for a long time about Jake's problems with money and that he might steal from the boss so she told the boss and Donovan caugh him red-handed that day. Donovan could have called the cops but he didn't because he knew the parents and his parents were good people and his friends so the only answer that he could find was to fired him without a payment and Donovan told him if he ever gets closed to the restaurant the next time he would called the cops without hesitation. Jake felt awful and angry, he was the one to have committed the mistake and without any more words he left.

that day when Martha was eating she found a note that she read.

"hello you can called me no one but I would called you darling. you make this simple and easy for you I would tell you a truth that only you can know and that truth is really simple..... what happen to you is an effect known by few, and from those few they had given it many names but some of us like to called it "the Judas' Chastisement effect" is a phenomenon difficult to explain but in a not so few words those whom are chosen by the effect return to life after they died, it can take days or even months but they always wake up the day after they died and everything that happen in the days before this person was awaken, well everything is erased like if has never happened and no one would remember that you died, well mostly no one. the only ones whom remember are the ones whom saw you died or those special cases like Roger whom was murder and frame for your death...... if you think i am telling you this because I am a good person or out of pity then you are wrong...... I had already tell all of this to your murderer so the reason why I am telling you this is to make things even."

Martha finished reading the note with some tears on her face and she looks at Roger whom is talking with Dolores. they seem to be smiling. Martha stands up and she walks slowly towards them.

"hello, sorry didn't I told you.... Ms. Mendoza here saw the whole thing when you were murder. she could easily recognized the smile and creepy eyes of one of them and both of us can recognized the mask of the other one so we might get lucky working together as a team."

said Roger feeling confidence.

"I.... someone give me a note in which they explain what is happening.... well kind of, they didn't explain well everything but, if I am not wrong this person is the one who observe me on the shadows the day of my murder and for what I understand he is having fun with everything that is happening to me..... and he told everything already to the killer.... so we know everything and he can act again at any moment."

said Martha with tears on her face.

"don't worry we are here this time. you are not alone we are here to protect you and help you to find the bastard whom killed us both.... this time he would be the one to die."

said Roger with confidence.

"I might not be strong but if we are together we might have an advantage after all he is just one man and we are three. the other one is a coward whom I don't think he would do any more than just keep watching from the shadows."

said Dolores with a friendly smile.

"thank you, you have no idea how this makes me feel... thanks to be here with me."

said Martha with a broken voice.

in the meanwhile Augusto is working and talking on the phone with his girlfriend at the same time. he keeps talking while Rigoberto asks him to stop. Rigoberto seems to have something against him, he seems to be really angry. at the other side of the kitchen Alexander was talking with a girl that started working in there two months ago. it seems to be something important. while Yugo is talking with Robert. they both seem to be worry about something and they keep talking. Yugo whispers something in the ear of Robert and then he leaves the kitchen.

"everyone is suspicious, the real killer can be any of the man working in this place. they all seem normal and even human but their humanity is something to question and there is no need to ask if they even had a soul because is obvious that one or two of them don't have a soul. to trust someone you might need to be blind and deaf to not see nor feel when that person is going to betray your trust. this is nothing more than a den of snakes and wolves. for that same reason Martha is being careful enough to not fall in any trap nor let anyone get too closed to her, she doesn't even trust in the junkie Roger Robinson and she can barely trust in Dolores whom saw her died and didn't do a single thing."

said the Narrator.

that day Raul arrived on the restaurant at seven two hours before the place was closed. the first thing he does is order a mojarra while he looks on the window at the outside and he sees the dark sky and the rain. it feels so dreadful the night. he decided to come in there early to wait for his cousin to finish her turn. but he wasn't the only uninvited guest of the night. Darwin Fisherman decided to come back because he couldn't forget the note that Dolores left him in the morning and he wanted to know if there was someone in there whom might want to harm her. Darwin is all wet from head to toe. the rain was so strong that he seems to have being swiming. he sits in the same place that he sat in the morning. Dolores asks him if there is anything that he could need and he just smiles.

"madam, if there is anyone traying to hurt you please allow me to know. I might not look like it but I am a man who always runs after justice and a man who tries to take to justice the criminals or I just shot them..... it was a joke the last part but yes I try my best to protect those whom need to be protected."

said the detective Fisherman with a friendly smile.

"thanks for your kind words detective and to be honest I don't know how to say this but I had a feeling that my time is coming and it won't be natural..... like when you notice that there is a man whom is not right of his head but you haven't seen his face and sadly he has seen yours. and not only that but he knows many things about you, things that would make it easy for them to kill you."

said Dolores with teary eyes and she smiled with fear.

the detective could notice what was happening or at least he had an idea and jet he couldn't do anything because there was no case nor she has evidence of what she is saying. he whispered on her ear and she smiled with relief. the detective eats and after he finish eating he stays in there for ten minutes looking at everyone in there before leaving.

Martha sees the detective leaving then she looks at the mysterious man that left her the note before dying, the note in which were written the words "The Judas' Chastisement effect" it was the same mysterious man that she has seen since she started working in there. Martha walks towards him and she sits in front of him.

"hello my name is Martha Palacios but I supposed that you already know that as well you might already know that I had died once."

said Martha looking at the eyes of the man.

"hello young lady, I can guarantee to you that I already know and yes it must had been a painful death. well I can say that we the ones whom had experience death and come back to life the day after dying, well we are few.... actually to qualify for the needed conditions to be one of us it is almost impossible but here we are a young lady that was brutally murder by a man wearing a mask and an old man whom was on an airplane that crushed with zero survivors twenty years ago.... I do not have all the answers but I welcome you to our society."

said the mysterious man looking at her with an expressionless face.

"how do I know that you are not some psycho troop of losers whom believe to be godlike? how do I avoid my death?"

said Martha with tears on her face.

"I..... we are sorry for what our youngest member have done but I can guarantee that we are not all like him and we would make sure to stopped him from doing stupid foolish things. about your killer, well that is something that you must resolve on your own."

said the mysterious man.

"how did you know I was going to die? or how did you know I was one of your own?"

asks Martha showing fear on her face.

"because you had already died before Martha as well as he has died before."

said the mysterious old man.

Martha was going to say something at the same time that she saw Donovan walking on their way furious.

"why are you bothering Mr. Keene. he is a regular client whom doesn't like annoying poeple."

said Donovan furious.

"don't worry Donovan, she is a good girl. it was nice meeting her.... well my time here is over, I would see you the next time Martha, Martha Palacios."

said Mr. Keene looking at the storm outside and then he left.

"you are lucky that Mr. Keene liked you but don't do that again. clients come in here to eat and not to be interrupted by you."

said Donovan almost yielding.

that day everyone went to their homes after the restaurant was closed but for some reason Dolores forgot the keys to her home so she needed to go back to the restaurant, she had some copies of the keys so she could enter easily on the restaurant and after taking the keys she went directly to the door and in there she saw a young man on the shadows, a man that she recognized.

"what are you doing in here boy at this time."

she said while looking at the door.

"the same thing that you are doing in here I supposed. I also forgot to take something before going home so I was waiting for you to open the door."

said the young man.

"wait how do you knew that I was comig back? did you knew that I forgot my keys?"

Dolores asked feeling nervous.

he just looked at her directly at her eyes and then he smiled in a creepy way that she saw before. she remembered those evil eyes and that creepy smile, then he puts his finger in his lips and Dolores runs terrified. she gets inside of her car while she tries to call Martha. she knows now the identity of the man that she saw that night on the shadows. she kept calling Martha whom didn't answer her calls and at some point her car starts to shake, she loses control of her car. the car overturns and at that moment a truck crushes with the car. she wasn't able to get out of the car on time. the car exploded and the identity of the man with the creepy smiled was once more unknown. there was no one alive to revealed his identity.
