Nero woke up in the morning. Kyrie was sleeping soundly in the bedroom, Y/n wasn't heard either. It was a peaceful morning. Nero decided to make a breakfast. Once he made his mind up on what he wanted to eat, he started making pancakes. He wanted to turn the pancake by flopping the pan, but he didn't manage to catch it.

-Damn it. – cursed Nero as the pancake hit the floor.

He cleaned it up before Kyrie woke up. She wouldn't be happy, if he made a mess. With the next pancakes he didn't try to show off to no one in particular and turned the pancakes with the spatulas. Few minutes later he heard the familiar sound of Y/n's honk. He drove in the kitchen with one hand on the steering wheel, while the other was under his chin. Nero chuckled seeing how bored his son looked.

-Good morning sleepy head. – he said and kneeled down in front of Y/n. – It's dangerous to drive while being tired.

-I was too sweepy to wawk. – answered Y/n, getting out of the car. Nero only smiled and picked Y/n up.

-What do you want for breakfast?

-Miwk pwease. – said Y/n leaning on his father's shoulder. Nero nodded and prepared the milk for Y/n. Then he gave the bottle to him and sat him back in his car. Y/n leaned back in his seat as he drank.

-Morning boys. – smiled Kyrie. She sat down at the table and started eating, while Nero prepared three plates. Then he joined her.

Time skip

Y/n was sitting on the carpet, playing with his stuffies and cars. Nero watched TV, occasionally checking up on his son. After few minutes Y/n huffed and put the toys away. Nero noticed his distress, but didn't do anything about it yet. Y/n walked up to the couch and pushed himself up to sit next to his father.

-What's up? – asked Nero wrapping his arm around Y/n.

-I'm bored. – muttered Y/n looking away.

-Am I hearing things or did you pronounced "r" properly? – chuckled Nero making Y/n whine a bit. – Wanna go to the park maybe?

-No. – Y/n huffed in response. – I wish I went out with mom and auntie Nico.

-You hurt my feelings. – Nero gasped jokingly. He knew what to do to brighten his son's mood. – How about we get pizza?

-Yeah! – Y/n grinned, jumped up and ran to the phone as fast as he could. He came back to Nero few seconds later with a phone in his hand. Nero took it from him chuckling and called the pizzeria. He made the order with Y/n beside him.

-Okay, all done. – smiled Nero. – All we have to do now is waiting.

Time skip

Three hours later Kyrie and Nico came back home. Kyrie was tired after the shopping for half a day. She needed a nap, but first she had to check up on her baby boy. She went in Y/n's room, but he wasn't there. Instead she found him in Nero's arms while they both slept on the couch. On the coffee table there was a box with half-eaten pizza.

-That's how the happiness looks like. – chuckled Nico, grabbing a slice. Kyrie put a blanket around them and kissed Y/n's temple. The contact was enough for Y/n wake up slowly. He yawned and rubbed his eyes with his fists.

-Hello sleepy head. – smiled Kyrie.

-Hi mommy. – answered Y/n, trying to get up, but Nero squeezed his arm around him. Kyrie giggled seeing that Y/n tried to get out of his father's grip, but he failed. She walked up to them and leaned down to help her son.

-Nero, wake up. – she said shaking him a bit.

-I am awake. – he answered smirking. – And I know that Y/n is trying to break free. – Nero chuckled as Y/n whined. Nero finally let him go after one last squeeze.

-Come here gentleman. – smiled Kyrie at her son. – I bought you some new clothes. – Y/n groaned at the thought of trying everything out. He hoped that auntie Nico would stop her from buying clothes for him, but turns out he was wrong. – Nero, you too. – that was time for Nero to groan along with Y/n. Y/n gave Nico the "you betrayed me" look.

-I tried. – she said as they followed Kyrie to the bedroom.
