In the morning Vergil woke up snuggling Y/n's neck. The night before, he called his mother and let her know that he was spending the night at his boyfriend's house. After the fight they had, none of them wanted to let go, so there was no other choice than just stay together. Vergil smiled looking at Y/n's sleeping face. When he tried to move he felt Y/n's arms tighten around his waist and pull him closer. Vergil chuckled at that and only rested his head on Y/n's shoulder again.

Few minutes later Y/n opened his eyes, due to the beeping of the alarm clock. He turned it off and nuzzled Vergil's hair making him chuckle. Vergil looked up and pecked Y/n's lips. Y/n did the same back with a smile. He could get used to the mornings like that. That was a good motivation to fight for their relationship and turn it into something more.

-Morning. – he purred in Vergil's ear.

-Good morning love. – answered Vergil snuggling his neck and playing with the hair on the back of Y/n's head. – Ready to wake up to school? – he asked making Y/n groan.

-Don't remind me about this. – he answered. – Can't we just skip today?

-And let Dante get smarter than me? – mumbled Vergil. – No way.

-He will never get smarter that you. – chuckled Y/n, but nonetheless he let Vergil go.

They got out of the bed, Vergil borrowed some clean clothes from Y/n, and then they grabbed a small breakfast. Y/n's father dropped the boys off to school, so they were there before Dante and the girls. Y/n got busy with kicking some guy's ass for aspiring to be a school's worst delinquent. To Vergil, seeing Y/n getting brutal up close was a huge turn on. His boyfriend was strong and intimidating when he fought, just to become a caring sweetheart after he was done.

-Feel better? – asked Vergil when Y/n turned his attention to him after the fight.

-Yeah, woke up a little bit. – he grinned kissing Vergil's cheek.

They walked to their classroom and sat down at their desks. Y/n held Vergil's hand for a bit before he kissed him suddenly, making Vergil widen his eyes in surprise. After few seconds Y/n pulled back and hugged him tight.

-Let's go for a date after school. – he said. – This time I won't get mad and we will have a good time. I promise to you that I will be a good patient boyfriend from now on. I'm sorry once again for being an asshole. – he whispered in his ear still squeezing him in his arms.

-Don't blame yourself. – answered Vergil in a soothing tone. – My stupid idea started this all. I'm jealous about you as well, so I'm sure I would get angry too.

-I'll do my best to make it all up to you. – promised Y/n.

-You don't have to. – muttered Vergil kissing Y/n's cheek. –As for a date, I won't refuse. – he smirked playing with Y/n's hair.

Time skip

After school and finishing homework, Y/n borrowed his father's car. He picked Vergil up and drove to the drive-in cinema. They bought the snacks, then Y/n found a good spot to park. He readjusted the radio as the movie was about to start and leaned back in the comfortable driver's seat. Vergil put the popcorn between them. As they watched their hands would meet each other in the bucket as they grabbed the salty snack.

-This is so sappy. – laughed Y/n at the love scene in the screen.

-As if it wasn't sappy in our case. – answered Vergil with a chuckle.

-But we are not in the movie. – said Y/n caressing Vergil's hand. – We are real.

Vergil nodded and leaned his head on Y/n's shoulder with a small smile as he felt that his boyfriend buried his face in his hair. That was one of the best feelings to him. Vergil was addicted to the things Y/n did to him. He didn't have to make anything up, Vergil was head over heels for him anyway. He wouldn't be able to stay mad at him for long.

-Enjoying yourself? – chuckled Y/n. – You look like you're about to go to sleep.

-Then be my pillow. – answered Vergil.

After the movie Y/n drove back to his house and called Dante to ask him to tell their parents that Vergil will stay another night with him. Then he carried Vergil in his room and climbed in the bed with him carefully, to not to wake him up. He fell asleep few minutes later, purring in content with Vergil in his arms.
