Y/n whined as he sat at the couch, holding a bag of ice to his left cheek. He was suffering from the pain in his tooth and the painkillers weren't helping anymore. His cheek was swollen and he barely could open his mouth. Mac knew that they needed to go to the dentinst to get rid of the problem, but Y/n was scared of just mentioning the visit at the doctor's office. After a while of arguing and pain Y/n finally agreed on going. Mac made the appointment and drove Y/n's car to the dentist.

Since the dentist had a problem with examining Y/n's teeth she had to take the x-ray. Few minutes later she already knew what was the cause of Y/n's suffering.

-Just as I thought. - she said. - Your wisdom tooth is coming out. Right now you can't open your mouth wide because you have an infection there and the gum is swollen. I will prescribe some antibiotics and a week later you will come back to me to remove the tooth.

-Can't we do it sooner? - asked Y/n. -It hurts.

-It does because of the infection. -nodded the dentist. - Once we get rid of it the swelling and pain will go away.

Y/n got out of the office with Mac behind him. Mac bought the pills from the prescription and drove back home.

Time skip

A week later they were back at the dentist's office. Mac walked in there with Y/n knowing that he will be nervous. He noticed that Y/n was shaking a bit. He tried to hide it and be a big man, but the dentist can scare anyone. The dentist decided to use the anestetic gas on him. Y/n fell asleep and didn't feel anything when the dentist performed the whole thing. The tooth was loose so the just cut the gum a bit, pulled it out and sewed the wound.

-All done. - she said.

Few minutes later Y/n started waking up. Mac led him to the car, expecting him to do some weird stuff as he was still on his high.

-Nice ride. - muttered Y/n.

-I exected you to like it, after all it's yours. - chuckled Mac as he helped Y/n get in the passenger's seat.

-Really? - Y/n rose his eyebrows. -Wow. And who are you?

-Your boyfriend. - grinned Mac as he drove.

-How the hell did I manage to do that?- Y/n was shocked at the informaton that Mac was indeed his man. -You're to hot for me.

-Thanks love, you're not bad yourself.- he chuckled at Y/n's reactions.

-I hope I treat you right at least. -muttered Y/n.

-You're the best boyfriend I could wish for. - said Mac and booped his nose lightly.

By the time they arrived home Y/n was sleeping like a baby. Since Mac couldn't wake him up he just carried Y/n to the livingroom and locked the car afterwards. Mac put the blanket over Y/n and started prearing the dinner. He checked up on Y/n from time to time. He smiled seeing that Y/n started smelling the air with his eyes still closed. He opened them few seconds later and looked at Mac.

-We're home already. - stated Y/n.

-Yeah. - nodded Mac. - You don't remember coming home?

-Not much. - sighed Y/n rubbing his eyes. - Did I do something stupid?

-No. - chuckled Mac. - You were unbelievably cute though.

Y/n stood up and saw that Mac made pasta for dinner. Mac made sure that the pieces of pasta were small enough for Y/n to eat carefully. Y/n took the antibiotics and the painkillers after the meal and started watching the TV. Mac sat down next to him with the bag of ice in his hand and carefully put it toY/n's cheek just as the dentist told him to do.

-Thanks for taking care of me. - said Y/n after few minutes.

-That's what I'm here for. - smiled Mac. - Loving and caring for you.

Y/n smiled lightly and rested his right cheek on Mac's shoulder. He held the ice to the other side of his face until it melted down completely and the water that appeared in the bag got warm. Y/n changed to bag for the new one and proceeded to cool his wound down for the rest of the day.
