Y/n sighed in content as he was laying on the couch. He had his phone plugged in the charger and played a game that picked his attention a while ago. In his room he had a laptop too, and finally, he could watch some TV, since Dante managed to pay bills after the latest job. Y/n made sure to keep the money flowing to Devil May Cry. He accepted even the smallest job instead of waiting for something big.

-Odd jobs hard jobs, anything under the sun.~ - he sang under his nose. - Big jobs, small jobs, babe~ I'd be a rich man, it's true.~ If I could make a living out of loving you.~- Y/n smirked and chuckled lightly as he watched Vergil reading a book. He was too far to hear Y/n's quiet concert. - These two hands knowwhat to do~ If I could make a living out of loving you~

-You're in a good mood today. - said Dante.

-Yesterday I got a bonus. - answered Y/n with a smirk.

-How much? - asked Dante.

-Wrong question. - answered Y/n. - The correct one should be 'what did she give you.' A head and cumming 3 times.

-Why didn't I take this job?! - whined Dante.

-Caue you're a dumbass - chuckled Y/n.

-What do you have, that I don't? - Dante kept whining.

-Personal charm, handsome face, intelligence and I'm not chasing all the skirts I see. - retorted Y/n with a smirk on his face.

Dante pouted and plopped on his chair still regretting the fact that he didn't take up the job. Y/n's attention got back to playing on his phone. He didn't notice that Vergil was clenching his jaw in anger and jealousy. He tried to calm down and not to think about what Y/n and that woman were doing, but he couldn't. It was about a time to claim Y/n as his mate or else someone  may take him away. Vergil wasted enough time already anyway. He needed to come up with something quickly.

Suddenly Y/n's phone rang. He huffed as the call interrupted his game, but picked up anyway. It was Lady calling for support. Y/n gave an okay and stood up. He stretched up, put his coat on and summoned his sword.

-Heading out, Lady called. She needs help. - said Y/n. But Dante was concerned with a different matter.

-You got Lady's number? When? How? - he asked. Y/n just rolled his eyes and left Devil May Cry leaving Dante without answers. - Verge, we are going out too.

-What for? - asked Vergil. - He'll be fine.

-I'm going to make sure he won't be too fine. - growled Dante throwing his coat on his shoulders. Vergil looked at his brother and that's when he understood his brother's thinking. He smirked and tilted his head to the side.

-You're jealous. - he said. - Maybe even having hots for Lady.

-Look who's talking. - retorted Dante.- Y/n's number one fanboy.

Vergil glared at his brother, but nonenethess he put his blue coat on and followed after Dante. They tried to track Y/n down, but he kept his aura hidden. Only Y/n knew Lady's location. Dante decided to call Morison. After all it was him who brought that particular order to the hunters. Once Morison gave them the location, the brothers ran there as fast as they could. They got there in the exact moment, when Y/n cut the demon's head off.

-Smoking sexy style. - said Lady as Y/n helped her get up. She was limping a bit, but apart from that she looked okay. - Thanks for showing up quick.

-No problem, we should help each other.- smiled Y/n. - After all you, I and the twins are a team.

Y/n helped Lady walk. Dante and Vergil were hidden behind the piece of a collapsed wall. Y/n and Lady were walking slowly until Y/n proposed he will carry her. Lady sighed and let Y/n pick her up bridal style. He carried her as if she weighted less than a feather. Lady wrapped her arms around Y/n's neck. The twins walked after them keeping a safe distance.

-We have a tail. - chuckled Y/n, knowing perfectly well who it was.

-We do? - asked Lady looking over Y/n's shoulder. She tried to spot someone tht could following them, but she couldn't.

-Yeah. - nodded Y/n. - Forgive me my curiosity, but I have to ask. Is there something between you and Dante?

-That idiot? - blushed Lady. - Not in a milion years.

-Oh come on. Didn't you notice him staring at you and all? - asked Y/n. - I think he's following us cause he wants to make sure we are not doing something inappropriate.

-Why would he think that?

-Yesterday I got luky with the woman who gave me the latest order. - chuckled Y/n. - And now Dante is wondering if there's something between me and you.

-OK. - sighed Lady. - A truth for a truth. I may have a thing for that idiot. Now tell me, is there something between you and Vergil? After all he's following us too.

-He was my first love. - smiled Y/n. -But I never had the guts to confess. I don't know if he wanted me.

-Do you still have the feelings about him? -asked Lady.

-Yeah. - Y/n nodded in response.

Y/n and Lady collected the payment and came back to Devil May Cry. Dante and Vergil took a shortcut to make sure they were in the office before Y/n and Lady, making it look like they were there all the time. Y/n laid Lady down on the couch and let her her rest, while he handed the money to Dante.
