Anakin and Y/n have been called to their boss's office. They looked at each other for a second, then got up from their seats. Anakin knocked on their boss's door and waited for the permission to walk in. Y/n followed after him. They stood in front of his desk until he told them to sit down.

-I called you here, because you two will be sent out for a delegation to our client in Netherlands. - he said. - It would be good to meet up with your main client Anakin.

-Why aren't you and Lance going? - asked Anakin.

-I need to prepare offers for potential new clients and Lance has to keep an eye on the team. You two are free. - he explained.

-You know I will have problems with finding someone to watch over my kids. - said Anakin.

-The reservation of the tickets and the hotel room are confirmed. - answered the boss. - You have no choice.

Anakin wanted to argue further, but he have up before he said few words too much. He remembered that he needed this job, he had kids to feed. The boss handed them the tickets and dismissed them. Anakin sighed.

-Someday I'm going to grab him and twist his neck. - he said, making Y/n chuckle.

-I'm not keen on this trip either. - he said. - I'm scared of flying.

-Just wonderful. - groaned Anakin.

Once they arrived back in their office, Anakin called his mother and asked her if she could take care of Leia and Luke for two days. Luckily it wasn't colliding with her work schedule so it wasn't a problem. Anakin let out a relieved sigh.

-Mom will help me with the kids. - he said. - But babysitting you will be a pain.

-I'm sorry. - there was this cute pout again. Anakin pushed this thought out of his mind as fast as he could. He didn't plan on falling in love any time soon.

-Grab something that will distract you for the flight. - advised Anakin and sat down at his desk.

-Noted. - nodded Y/n.

Time skip

Anakin picked Luke and Leia from school and drove home. He knew his kids hated when he was going on business trips, but thankfully it didn't happen too often. Yet he had to break the news to them.

-I will be going for a business trip on Thursday. - he said, earning a whine from Luke and a pout from Leia. - You will stay with grandma, I will be back on Saturday morning.

Luke and Leia were still pouting, so Anakin offered them that he will hake them for ice cream. That worked like a spell, the smiles came back on their faces. He turned to the ice cream parlor not so far away as promised.

-Alright, make your orders kids. - he said. Twins were ordering a huge pile of ice cream and Anakin was sure that they won't be able to eat it all. - Isn't it a bit too much? It will melt before you will manage to eat it.

-You're leaving us for two days. - reminded Leia.

-Fine. - sighed Anakin.

He paid for the ice cream and watched as his kids were getting more and more dirty with it as they ate. He decided to wait until they finish before he lets them in the car, or else he will have a lot of cleaning to do.

-Can uncle Y/n visit us, when you'll be on the business trip and make his spaghetti? - asked Leia. Anakin smiled lightly, he was right when he said that she will like it.

-Unfortunately not, he will be going with me. - replied Anakin. He expected them to get upset as always when they found out that he was going with someone.

-Have fun. - said Luke, his sister nodded.

-That's it? - Anakin was surprised. - No tantrum, no whining? Nothing?

-We like him. - answered Leia.

Anakin didn't know what to say. His mind needed few seconds longer to process what he heard. In most cases Luke and Leia cry and scream when he goes for a delegation with someone, scared that he wants to go out, have a date with someone instead of working and leave them. One boy told them that at school and ever since that were reacting badly to this. Anakin shrugged and decided to not to think about it any further for now.
