four months ago Martha was alone with Robert who was drunk at the time and he confessed that he killed two man by accident and since that day he has live with a fake identity. that day he was crying and he seem to be honestly regretful. Martha asked him why did he killed those man and Robert was in complete silence for ten minutes.

"I went to a bar and in there were some guys that seem strange..... they tried to attack some innocent person and I tried to help that person and in a moment of accident I killed those two bastards.... since then I live with a fake identity in fear of being capture by the cops."

said Robert that day.

now that Martha is remembering everything about Robert she has to do something about it. she goes outside and she sees Yugo selling some drugs. she thinks that this is the perfect opportunity to get rid of two ducks with a single rock but first she would give them an opportunity to proved her that none of them are the real killer or the other guy. this was the last opportunity she ever gives to anyone.

that day Martha decided to talk with Yugo in their break.

"so tell me do you know of anyone who can try to kill me?" 

said Martha looking at him while eating a quesadilla of spinach.

"what the hell are you even talking about? did Roger that junkie give you any of his drugs?"

said Yugo while laughing.

"no, I haven't seen him to be honest but there is one thing of which I am sure and that is the fact the someone wants to kill me and that person can be you..... now if you can't talk to me I would understand jet I can also talk about the fact that you are a drugdealer."

said Martha angry.

"what are you talking about? there is no such thing as me being part of that type of business. to be honest I am just a regular gay who works in here for love to the food."

said Yugo trying to justified things.

"so you are telling me that mister VIP man has spend so much time in many nice places doing nice things but he doesn't have a rich family nor a job that allows him to..... so my question is how does he get the money?"

said Martha looking at his eyes.

"correction. I used to be from a rich family but they lose everything thanks to their incapability to manage money and now here I am trying to work in a desent job but guess what? this shitty job doesn't give me enough money to survived so of course I had needed to find other ways to make money..... easy money so I can have a desent life in this garbage like town."

said Yugo feeling nervous.

"then you don't feel any regret for your actions?"

asked Martha aware that he didn't had any salvation.

"I haven't done anything wrong.... yes I do sell stuff that isn't so legal but that doesn't make me a criminal nor a bad person, the only thing that I see in here is an option to get the money to pay for my needs. nothing else, nothing more."

said Yugo almost crying.

"I truly believed that you were a good guy, well before all this but now that I am starting to really know you is clear that you are just an egocentric bastard who doesn't care for anyone nor nothing but your reputation and nothing more."

said Martha looking at him disappointed.

"is this really how our friendship is going to end for some misunderstanding or your arrogance."

said Yugo crying on his knees.

"you are truly a manipulative bastard. there is not even a drop of regret in your face. I used to think that you were one of the "good ones" but now that I see you better is clear that there is nothing good in you."

said Martha looking at him with a fake smile.

"ok but is so clear that you are selfish bitch..... a person tries to be nice to you and even helps you but you have to behave like that."

said Yugo yielding at her.

"ok. I think there is nothing else we need to talk about. you can leave now."

said Martha with a fake smile.

"I see so that is your final word."

said Yugo angry.

Yugo leaves and Martha knows what he is going to do next. she calls the cops and she gives them the description of Yugo expecting that they would take care of him. she finish her food and when she goes outside she looks at the cops dragging Yugo and two other guys.

"was it necessary for you to do that to him."

said Robert whom was behind Martha. she turns around calm.

"why do you care? was he your friend or there is a special reason why you are asking."

said Martha angry.

"I had no relationship with that clown but this place is sacred to our boss. I can't allow anyone to destroy his business. do you have any idea what would happen if anyone hears that an employee was caught near the restaurant selling drugs."

said Robert angry.

"you really cared for our old boss, don't you?"

said Martha trying to read him.

"yes, he did so many things for me... he helped me when I felt lost so I am trying to do the best I can to take care of the man and his business."

said Robert with sincerity.

"what would happen if I told you that someone is trying to kill me? would you help me or would you ignored me?"

asks Martha while looking directly at his eyes.

"I would do anything to help you of course. I am not a cold hearted man."

said Robert with an emotionless face.

"that is what you said but would that ever be true, well that is the real question, isn't it? now that we are asking big questions I want to know if you know if anyone in here would ever wish to kill me."

said Martha looking him in the eyes.

"I don't know but I don't trust in Alexander, he might not be dangerous but there is something about him that is strange and he is the one of all the people who work in here that scares me the most."

said Robert while feeling fear.

"thanks for the moment you are free of suspicion but don't play with your luck and I recommend you to leave this place before I called the cops and I tell them that a fugitive is working in here. because you are kind of an honest man I am giving you time to leave if I see you in here in ten days then I would called the cops but if you are gone by that time I gon't..... sorry but this is the last thing I can do for you."

said Martha looking at his eyes.

"ok, thanks...... I would..... I would be gone before that day comes."

said Robert with a fake smile.

they went back to work and then after a few hours Raul entered in the restaurant and he sits next to a window in which he looked at the sky which was dark. 

the detective Darwin Fisherman also enters but this time he is holding a newspaper, he also sits next to a window behind Raul were he can look at anyone easily. the detective is feeling regret for not being able to do anything. he was told by Dolores that someone might try to kill her and jet he didn't do anything but give her fake hope. now that he knows that she died leaving her kids orphans he feels the need to find the killer. anyone working in that place can be the killer. without any evidence there is not much that he can do but watch, and that is what he would do at the moment, he would become the eyes that would observe that place until the moment in which the killer commits a mistake. until that day comes he would be in there waiting to do right in name of the poor woman that asked for his help.

while Martha was working she notice that two of the girls that work with her were flirting with Raul. Sidney and Daisy. those two love to talk about everyone who works in there or even the clients. they love to talk about people and jet there is not one single day in which those two don't flirt with Raul, yes he is handsome but the fact that they don't hide it makes them look so bad and cheap.

Raul ignores them and he goes outside and as soon as he is outside those two walk inside of the kitchen.

"I can't believe it he must be gay to not like us."

said Sidney angry.

"no, probably he is into forbidden things. like maybe he does it with his cousin dearies."

said Daisy looking at Martha.

"OMG. you are so right..... I mean for what other reason would he come for her almost every day."

said Sidney laughing.

"don't you have work to do. fuck off vultures."

said Augusto looking at them angry.

those two go out and they are working quietly while Augusto tries to find any opportunity to look at Martha.

in the meanwhile Donovan is in his office with Robert.

"tell me old friend is there anything that you need..... maybe some wisky."

said Donovan while he drinks wisky.

"no sir, I am so grateful towards you sir but there is one thing I need to talk with you..... someone found out about my false identity and probably about my past..... Sir I am truly grateful but I need to leave before I bring problems to your front door."

said Robert while crying.

"you don't have to leave, let's talk with this person and I am sure that we can have a peaceful agreement."

said Donovan showing some money to Robert.

"no sir, she is not like other people. she feels uncomfortable with a criminal working in the same place and if she tells the cops, the cops can find out that you knew about me being a criminal and that you helped me to have a fake idenity...... for your own good sir, this is a goodbye."

said Robert crying.

"so is this the end."

asks Donovan worry about him.

"yes sir, I would stay for another two days but then I would be gone..... it was a pleasure to work for you sir..... you have no idea of how grateful I am for everything that you did for me sir."

said Robert crying.

Donovan stands up and he walks towards him to hug him.

in the meantime the detective stands up and he gets out of the restaurant. he stays outside looking at the dark sky. he gets a cigar out of his pockets. he lights it and he starts to smoke while he keeps looking at the sky. after an hour Martha and Raul leave the restaurant while the detective is looking at them. after they leave he stays in there for another twenty minutes before he leaves.

in the meanwhile Roger Robinson is in his home drinking tequila while smoking cigars, he seems to be in a really bad shape. he is terrified of a person that he haven't seen but after seen what happen to Dolores how can he walk out of his room when he knows that the killer might come for him. his cellphone rings but he doesn't answer the call. he takes his phone and he realized that his brother has been calling him. he throws the phone away.

"why are you calling me, to remind me that I am a failure? tell me why if there isn't a single day that I don't remind myself of how much I have failed you..... for the love of christ what am I even doing right now if you aren't here to hear me nor you are capable of understanding how painful this is for me..... oh god why I can't be sober for a single day? why can't I show to my brother that I can be a better person?"

said Roger crying.

someone knocks on the door while Roger is sitting on the bed of his room. he thinks that maybe is one of his roommates or even his brother. anyone can be knocking on the door but at the moment the others were sleeping so he gets out of his room and he walks towards the front door. 

"isn't too late for anyone to be in here at this hour? I don't even know the hour."

said Roger while he walks.

Roger saw that his roommates were drinking in the dinning room. they were drinking like if the word was about to end at any second. Roger isn't surprised because there is no day that he doesn't see them drinking or at least one of them loves to drink every day. Roger opens the door and he sees the silhouette of a male in the other side. he is walking towards the opposite side. Roger is cofused because he is leaving after he was knocking for a while. Roger gives two steps outside without thinking.

"sorry sir but did you needed to see anyone? or are you in the wrong address?"

asks Roger trying to know why is that person in here at this time.

"I am not sure if I need something but I am sure that you don't need something that I want to take from you tonight. I usually await for the safest opportunity but I am short on time right now."

said the man who walks in the darkness of the night.

"may I know what is that something that I don't need that you need to take from me?"

asks Roger looking at a watch he took from his pockets.

"your life of course. what else can be as worthless as your life."

said the man.

Roger looks at the man who is holding a gun and he is aiming at him. Roger tries to move at the same time that the man shoots once. Roger feels a small pain on his leg. he can feel the warm blood running around of his leg. Roger looks at the eyes of the man who shoots another five times. Roger falls on the ground while he is bleeding. the man is gone while Roger is bleeding out. one of his roommates calls for an ambulance while he looks at Roger who can barely breathe with a bullet on his neck.
