Juniru hated humans because of a lot of reasons. They roamed Okinawa as if they had lived here forever, never respected anyone and all races had to resemble them in order not to perish. He hated the human form. It reminded him of what he wanted to forget, but couldn't, because such events are difficult to erase from memory and sometimes it's even impossible.

His sister was named Ranko. They were very close, they've been doing everything together, since childhood they protected each other. They had the same interests, the same friends, they were inseparable.

And then humans came to them. Humans, who were scared of dragons so much that they trained to being able to kill them.

Ranko was 23 years old, young dragon woman and was laying in her older brother's arms, coughing up blood that flooded her lungs after an arrow pierced one of them.

But when they were safe, it was too late. Ranko died, laying on her older brother's back.

Juniru wanted to see his little sister's smile. He loved her with all of his soul, which for years had been torn apart by longing and guilt, because he couldn't save her.

"I don't think that it's a good idea" said his friend, Junku. "I think I know, what you want to do and I don't like it, Juniru."

"You don't have to go with me" said Juniru, picking up his bag.

"But you even don't know, where!"

"That's why I have to at least try to find out" Juniru replied, patting Junku on the shoulder.

Junku sighed and followed his friend.

He could even walk with him to the world's end, but he won't tell him it this.

They were of similar height, but Junku, unlike the blue-eyed, brown-haired and slim Juniru, was quite muscular, had pink hair and purple eyes like all altmers. They had known each other since childhood, Junku remembered Ranko very well and he remembered even better the day she had died. Something bad began to happen with Juniru this day, he became obsessed with revenge on people. He even ate one, which Junku couldn't understand at all. He was an altmer, he met Juniru basically by pure coincidence, they didn't even live in the same village. Just one day, little Junku wandered to Ginyama, where he got lost and asked the two dragon children for directions. His parents warned him about dragons, they said that they were evil beings who could hurt him, but Junku had always been an optimist. So he decided that the children wouldn't hurt him and he made two new friends that dat.

Midomorians, even his sister and his brother, thought that he's just a crazy idiot, who is friends with dragons. He wasn't first and he wasn't the last, who was dragons' friend, by the way.

His older sister, Himeko, didn't see anything wrong in it. Their parents were just disappointed, but as long as Junku was safe, they didn't react.

And young altmer slowly started to notice that he sees Juniru as more than just a friend.

His reactions to the gestures, words and smile of the dragon didn't match his gender.

Junku sighed heavily as he slowly walked behind Juniru. Who would want a bisexual freak like him?

"Junku!" Juniru called him and only now Junku noticed how far he had gone. "Something happened, do you feel bad that you slowed down? Are you all right?"

"I'm okay!" Junku ran to Juniru and smiled radiantly. "I just got lost in my thoughts."

"I'm happy about it. I thought that I would have to go alone" Juniru put an arm around him. "I'm glad that you went with me. I don't like to be alone. I feel like a crap then."

Junku nodded and smiled tenderly. He knew that Juniru is scared of loneliness. And he also knew that he wouldn't leave his side.

Some characters have very tragic backstory, I'm sorry for this (for real, I'm not).
