"Shinsou does the whole school know about what happened to me?" Midoriya asked as we got closer to the school. He seemed to be nervous coming back. But probably more than half the school knows since it was broadcasted on the news. "I'm not sure, but I'll make sure you'll be okay." I gave him one of my genuine smiles and we continued walking. We finally made it inside. People were staring at him but I gave them a harsh glare and they looked away quickly. We got inside the classroom and Ochaco greeted Midoriya as usual. Everyone acted as if Midoriya's mother never hospitalized him. And Midoriya seemed calmed at that, because he looked less tense. The bell rang and we all sat down. Dad eventually came into the class and took roll. Then the intercom rang. "Could we please have Midoriya Izuku come to Principal Nezu's office." Aizawa told them he would be right down. Midoriya looked nervous and stood up, quickly walking out the door.
Izuku pov
I approached Principal Nezu's office nervously. I knocked on the door. "Come in Midoriya." I wasn't that surprised since Nezu was really smart because of his quirk. I pushed open the door and closed it quietly behind me.
"You wanted to see me?"
"Yes, Midoriya! Because of your situation we have a list of Heroes who would love to take you in as your guardian while you attend UA" Nezu said pulling out files. I wasn't surprised that All Might's file wasn't here since he's really busy. I looked through them. "Take your time Midoriya, This is a big decision." Nezu said calmly I nodded.
Au where Deku's father was abusive until he left him and his mother Inko when Deku was 13. Inko became an alcoholic and was a severely homophobic mother to the point where she would beat Deku for hours when she felt like it.
Aizawa starts noticing that his freckled student kept on coming to school with more and more bruises everyday. He and Present Mic had already adopted Shinsou since his parents had died in a car crash that year.
One week, Midoriya's mother had stopped feeding him and if he tried to eat something he would get locked in his room and beaten. On Friday the fatigue, abuse and malnourishment finally got to him and he passed out during hero training.
