Akash startled while looking at the screen
"Wait, there is so much i want to ask"

Turtle smiled and said
"Everything will be revealed in time, the system will make you strongest being and the more industrious you will be the more powerful you will become"

Akash eyes were filled with tears except his own parents and few friends no one loved him because of his mediocre talent but somehow he felt the same love from the turtle in such a small time and didn't want to say goodbye so soon

As they were talking the system was counting
"5, 4, 3"

"Oh and don't be afraid of Death, it will benefit your cultivation"
.
Akash asked in a worry
"What do you mean by that, Ancestor"
.
"1" *beep*
All of a sudden a flash of light overlaped Akash Tagar's eyes and he unconciously closed his eyes, when he opened his eyes he found himself in a city whose buildings were destroyed as if there had been a war.
"The host has arrived at the Abran city of Planet Earth"

Akash asked
"System is this the city in which i will start my new life"

"Yes! Abran is the weakest city of this cosmos at this moment, it's a 3rd tier city"
.
"Ehh. The weakest city of this entire cosmos, not just this planet but entire cosmos.... that's so cruel, can i change the city where i start my new life and mission"

"The creator of this system planned everything for the host and this city is included in his planning. The host has to rise from the weakest position to the highest position"

Akash looked at the sky with gloomy eyes and said in his mind
"I wish i could just go back and die in the regret i had, it would be much easier than this"

"They host can not go back and has to live and grow for creator's mission"
System replied

"Whaattt... you can even hear what i'm saying in my mind"
Akash was in a shock

"Yes, the system is connected with host's soul"

"That's not fair" T_T

"So what should i do now"

"The host has to go to right side of this building which will lead to the inner of city then find more information about this city and it's residents".

Akash didn't reply and just walked to that road,
After an hour of walking he finally saw a city which was completely different from where he was teleported, There was a wall with a gate and above the gate there was the name of city "ABRAN" written on a big wooden plate.
As he walked in the city he saw few guards at the gate.

"Halt, show your identity"
A middle aged man with guard uniform yelled as Akash came closer

"Hello sir, I want to enter the city"
.
"Who are you? I have never seen you in Abran"
.
"Ohh, I'm from another city and came here to register myself as tamer of this city"
Akash replied with straight face, Akash was not talented but because he wasn't talented he spend his entire time reading books and got huge amount of knowledge which gave him the title of Sage Scholar in Fairy Planet. He knew that there are saveral competitions and leagues for different stages of cultivations but before joining any of those leagues one must register him/her self in a city and get a profile that will show which city the tamer is representating
.
"Did i hear what you all heard?"
A middle aged man looked behind to hsi fellows with a confused face
"Do you want to register yourself as Abran City's Tamer?"

"Yeah! Is there anything wrong with that?"
.
"Ha-ha-ha no no young man, i was just asking. Come here i will take you to the registration office, no no i will take you directly to the mayor of this city for your registration"

"Ehh! Mayor?"
Akash understood there is something fishy. A mayor is the symbol of strength of a city regardless it's tier a mayor is selected amongst the strongest tamers of that city and this guard is taking me to the mayor directly. First of all how could a mere guard can contact directly the mayor of city.

"What's wrong young man"
The guard asked.

"Nothing sir, lead the way i will follow you"

"Alright follow me"
As they entered the city Akash saw a many small buildings and the population was low even conpared to other 3rd tier cities the population was low by a large margin.
Soon they reached at the mayor's building which was a midium size building even the destroyed buildings where he was teleported at the outer part of city were bigger than the mayor's building.

"Wait here, i will tell the mayor avout you"
The guard went in as he said

Soon a grey haired man come out together with guard, with a single glance Akash grasped that the mayor was not a weaker person he was at the 2nd moon of Star Captain stage.
"Is this the young man you were talking about"
The grey haired man said to the guard. Akash understood that he was the Mayor.
The guard nodded in a respectful manner.
"What a handsome youth! What is your name young man"

"Hello mayor sir, i'm Akash Tagar. Please to meet you"
.
"You are very humble and well mannered. I'm the mayor of this city my name is Haji Tea my title is The Smoker, i heard you want to register as Tamer of this city. Is that true"
.
Akash nodded
.
"Come to my office Mr.Akash"
.
Three of them reached at the office of mayor and sit on chairs.
"Mr Akash let me tell you something first"
Mayor said as he looked at Akash at the same time the guard lowered his eyes and clenched his fists.
"Our city was once a 1st tier city of this province but because of a gigantic Beast Stride 3/4 of the city was destroyed and all the talented Tamers of this city died and after all the years our city has turned into a 3rd tier city. Our total population is only a hundred thousands. Almost all the big families left our city and there hasn't been any genius left in Abran. Those who were born with talent left this city to join a bigger and more prosperous city where they csn shine quicker and brighter"
.
Akash finaly understood why those abondoned destroyed buildings were big and roads were well built.
The entire time Akash's face was expressionless but inside he was crying and sobbing he wished he could strike his head on wall. What kind of shitty city is this! How can i form a formidable force here.

"Do you still want to register yourself in this city. Once you register yourself here you can not represent or join any other city unless you reach at the stage of Star Knight or pay a huge ransom".
Haji Tea said to Akash.

"System are you sure i can not join any other city"
.
"No, the host must build his force in this city"
.
Akash sighed and looked at Haji Tea
"Yes sir, i still want to register here"
.
The doubting face of Haji Tea turned into a red jolly face as if his face will burst.
"Thankyou Mr Akash, i will support you with everything i have, i knew i'm not the only one with big ambitions"

"What does that mean sir"
Akash asked
.
Guard whose happiness was not less than the mayor's said.
"Mr Haji Tea is from the 1st tier city, he was the genius of that city and when he reached at Star Knight stage he willingly volunteered himself to become the mayor of this city. Mr Haji wants to revive the city to his previous glory as 1st tier city".

Akash looked at the Haji Tea who was still smiling ear to ear. A feeling of relief fell on his heart, Akash grinned ear to ear too thinking that he found the first companion of his force and a strong one too.
"Then i will be in your care"
Akash said.

All of a sudden Haji Tea stood and looked at Akash Tagar
"Aahhhh! I'm so sorry Mr Akash i forgot to ask about your cosmostic cultivation level for the registration, can you please tell me your stage so that i can complete the paperwork right away"
.
This question startled Akash because he couldn't find a tiny bit of cosmostic power in his body, he asked system in his mind
"System where did all my powers went"
*beep*
"The host must own a piece of land where the system will use it's power and that land will also be the headquarter of force the host will build in order to conquer the cosmos, all the powers the host had before has been removed and changed with the powers of system's creator, after building the headquarter the host will be at Star 1 stage.
The 1st level of headquarter will occupy 100 square feet of land and hundred thousand cosmostic coins"

"What the hell"
Akash cursed the system in his mind
*beep*
"The system doesn't know how to respond that phrase"

Akash Tagar first gritted his teeth then gave a big sigh and said.
"Mr Haji, i'm at the Star 1 stage"
.
Haji Tea looked at akash with his mouth agape
"How old are you"
.
The shock grew even more it seams Haji Tea's eyes will pop out.
"15 years and you are already at Star 1 stage, if you are not genius then who else can be"
On earth only at the age of 18 majority of humans will reach Star 1 before that they focus on opening their 7 channels.
All those who open their channels before the age of 18 and reach Star 1 stage are geniuses and those who reached at Star 1 at 15 years can be called as rulers of this planet and big organisations.

Akash gave a bitter smile and asked in a low voice
"Umm sir, i am in a need of something"

Haji Tea replied instantly
"Yes sure! Anything within this city's jurisdiction and within my power is yours"
.
Akash shaked his head and said
"Thankyou Mr Haji, but i only need a hundred thousand rupees and a 100 square feet piece of land in this city"
