I was a kid who people would hire to find lost items and bring them back to who the items really belong to. One day a injured woman comes to my tree house claiming her purse was stolen."I will do my best to find it ma'am.""All I want is the picture of my family. The robber can have the rest.""My payment will be claimed if I find it.""Thank you. Maybe as payment I could adopt you. After all everyone knows you live here. I wouldn't mind."I never got my hopes up because everyone would promise me that and back out after I'd help. So I'd rob the person or burned down their house if payment wasn't made. Sometimes I wasn't afraid to kill to prove a point. So for about a week I would follow clues. At the scene were red feathers and a broken beer bottle. Since there was only one store that sales that brand. I staked the place out. Waiting until I saw the red winged drunk Stumble in. I followed him to his house in the mountains. After about an hour. He leaves the house. So i opened the door which had a broken lock and started searching. I saw the purse on the floor with blood on it. When I turned around. I saw more blood splattered on the wall by the attic latter. The door was locked with a skeleton key system which was very easy to pick."I wonder if this guy has something valuable i could take-- a boy?"The bird boy had a cut on his head and looked close to death. Being homeless myself. I know the struggle of going hungry. So I offered him some bread. The boy was too weak and could only open his mouth. So i fed him by hand. Even though this kid was going through hell. He was worried about my safety. It was the first time I ever felt true human kindness. So I wanted to save him. When the drunk came back. I slit his throat and searched for the key to the cage. Sure enough in his pocket was a key with a bird shape at the end. When me and keigo got to the woman who hired me. She actually took us both in. We went to school together and every weekend we'd go up to the old abandoned planetarium telescope and look through at the night sky. One day we heard in class that a comet was coming. So we had planned to be there and see it with our family. Keigo flew ahead of us to check and polish the mirror in the telescope so we could see. That's when the accident happened. A truck carrying gasoline hit the side of our car. Killing our parents and breaking both of my legs. The car caught on fire when I woke up. I could hear keigo screaming for people to get back as feathers were taking people out of the bus and two other cars involved. Keigo had lost his feathers in the flames by this point. I tried to scream out but the smoke was suffocating me. Endevour shows up and grabs keigo pulling him away from the fire."Stop kid you got everyone.""No my friend is still in there!""Kid I'm sorry but if he's in the middle car. Most likely he's gone."I looked around and sure enough I was in the middle car. The only thing that saved me from being crushed was my quirk melting the cars. Some of the metal got on my skin and did third and fourth degree burns. Right as I reached for the window. The truck exploded. So I shielded myself with my own flames. When I woke up again. I was at a doctor's office hidden in the mountains. He was known for being a mad man. That's how I got my skin graphs and staples. My hair was also permanently turned black by the smoke and ashes.
