The hand soon disappeared as fast as it came. It left a cold chill on my skin and a feeling of dread. A mist began to form drifting from behind me to the front of me. It floated around before my very eyes, soon taking form. The hand once again taking form but now with its pair. Long fingers with skin the color a blueish gray. The rest of the mist began to take a more solid form similar to a human male but far taller. A robe was made, like one worn by cultists. It was worn from time, looking ancient although the yellow color still remained. I assumed there was a hood to the robe by the look of the folding along the seam at the back of the neck where it would be.
However, none of this mattered much since what was to come, which I dreaded to know was the face to the voice I heard. It was strange that the mist that lingered was gone. Nothing left to bring form, but to assume such was wrong on my part for in the darkness, this is their home. From the darkness two broken horns that curve upward from near both sides of the chin area, almost like tusks form and then a face faded in from the shadows. It looked like mask made of bone. It possessed no opening for a mouth or nose, only ones for each eye which were two. They were oddly large, but overall hauntingly creepy. The emptiness behind the hollow sockets began to light up with a faint orange glow.
They remained that way for a few moments before they grew very bright like a raging fire before finally becoming two orange round wisps. The stare was cold and still empty even though the light of its eyes were inviting. All I could do is stare at the face in front of me. Just staring knowing that whoever this was, was doing the same...
