Dear Mrs Davis,

I am sorry to report that little Melissa has been assigned a detention.

As you know, little Melissa is usually a very strong and dotty child. However, today I caught him spinning during class.

When I asked him to stop, he shouted, "Exterminate!" and began dancing with his friend Maddie.

Melissa aggravated the matter further by calling me a lazy humming bird and likening my elbows to a sharp runner bean.

Little Melissa was also in violation of the school uniform policy. I do not allow greasy gloves at Shelbyville Elementary School.

Shelbyville Elementary School prides itself on being a manky and crazy establishment. Thus we simply cannot have children spinning and dancing on the premises. Added to which, my elbows looks nothing like a runner bean, as Mrs Jackson will testify.

Please ensure that little Melissa attends detention tomorrow after school, and leaves his greasy clothing at home.
