Destra had a choice to make, and she had decided, screw the law! She didn't want to get arrested! She flew Valor (the Ouros) straight into the ship, and rammed them. After quickly taking out the tracking and comms, she turned tail and flew as fast as the creature could go, towards a nearby planet known for its swamps and fog, making it difficult to find anyone there. It was a well-known haven for criminals hiding from the law or refugees from the cruel Akkadian regime. The Marilo were welcoming to those they deemed safe, and the rest hid in the bogs. Luckily, she had traveled there before, and had a friend in one of the nicer villages. Less luckily, when she touched down, twelve Marilon warriors hopped out of the bushes with spears pointed at her! The warriors were only utilized in the most dangerous circumstances, and she couldn't believe that they had mobilized to attack her. "Put your appendages in the air!" they ordered. Why does this kind of thing always happen to me? She put her wings up and calmly asked, disguising her frustration, "I apologize, but what am I being arrested for? I don't know what I've done wrong." One of the warriors curtly replied, "The evasion and endangerment of Enforcer officers and consorting with magic users *ugh*. You have the right to remain silent, anything you say will be used against you in a criminal trial on Akkadi." They've teamed up with the Akkadians?! This is supposed to be a safe place! The Marilons took her to their ship, and they "handcuffed" her (they're not actual handcuffs, not many species have hands, so they have adaptable smart plastic cuffs that shape themselves to fit the appendages).  After a long flight, the moment she dreaded had arrived; they had landed on Akkadi. She stepped out into the bright light of the three suns from the dark of the ship and squinted at the "detention center" otherwise known as a torture chamber, that would be her home for 8 pymnos, if she survived that long. "Move it along!" one of the Marilons grunted, "The King of the Worlds himself will be questioning you, be grateful." The King? He only speaks if he deems the listener worthy, and he's talking to a bunch of magic users? This must be important to him...
