Snow’s POV
“I wish we had more books in the castle.” my aunt complained. We didn’t need more books, we have about 200, it’s just that she has already read them all. There's not much to do in an old empty castle.
“I’m so tired of reading the same books. Maybe we can go to a town and buy more!”
“Yeah, and how are we supposed to get out of the castle? Also with what money?” I know she was just joking, but there really is no way out or into the castle grounds, and if there was, it would be terribly hard to get through.
“Well, we could probably sell the books we have to get more, or trade them maybe?”
“Maybe”, I laughed. It would be amazing if we could get out. I didn’t feel trapped or like I was in a cage, but I did wish that I could see a place that isn’t the castle, or talk to a person that isn’t my aunt. Ingrid is lovely, but when you only talk and interact with one person for 9 years, it gets a bit dull. I would give anything to talk to another person.
