Time has progressed even more and we have started to act out our new lives, Ethan has been protecting the village by standing guard. He said to me that if he works at the pace he currently does, he might be promoted. While I am a teacher assistant as of now, and my baby bump has started to show.
I am under the teacher Mrs. Rose, a strict but kind lady. She's quite tall with long brown hair with some slimmers of gray hair with dark brown eyes. Usually wearing a red rose-patterned dress commonly shown within the nobility.
We teach in a quite spacious room, except when all the desks are in place, it's quite small. The room walls are brown wooden planks with some posters on. The posters are only some words of inspiration and some teaching fundamentals to different subjects, like for instance what the basic fundamental of magic is.
And at the back of the class room, we have the materials, such as books, pencil, paper. And some small bookshelves each containing all the subjects we're teaching.
"Can anyone tell me, what are the mana core stages?" Rose asked the class which contains 23 children, making only a few children raise their hands.
"Yes, Chloe," Rose responds as the girl Chloe in the back-row holds her arm up.
"There exists the Black stage, red, orange, yellow, and silver," the black-haired girl answered with a proud face.
"Correct! And the phases?" Rose answered, standing by the blackboard. Causing only one arm to be in the air.
"Yes, Chloe!" Rose answers while having her hands on the brown-wooden podium.
"The phases are divided into three phases, Dark, Solid, and Light," Chloe answered with a smirk.
"Correct!" Rose answered, "Now tell me, what are the different magic elements?" Rose continued. Only one student held their hand high.
"Anyone?" Rose inquired, trying to give them a chance to answer.
"I know, I know!" Chloe announces quite eccentric, "Yes! Chloe!" Rose lastly admitted since no one else wished to answer.
"The different elements are fire, water, earth, and lastly wind," Chloe responds with her head high.
"What about the divinities?" Rose peered into the little girl with lively and warm eyes.
"The divinities are lightning, ice, and sound!" Chloe blurted out, not able to contain her excitement towards magic.
"You are certainly correct, but you missed one important divinity, Emitters," Rose denounced Chloe's answer. "And many different unique abilities are yet to be discovered!" Rose announced, holding the brown podium vigorously.
And on time the school bell started to ring, "Alright everyone, that's it for today, remember all of this for the next lesson!" Rose said, still holding the podium.
"Alright, Aria. Do you know what you need to take away from this lesson?" she asks me as all students have left the classroom.
"Yes, I do. I need to be clear and understand the basics, I also need to lead them when I speak" I answer, making Rose smile.
"Good, now next lesson how to persuade people, speak the truth with emotions. That is all for this lesson, you're gonna be a great teacher -" she responds, putting her hand on my shoulder while looking down at my small baby bump. "And a great mother" she continues as she begins to walk out to the hallway.
"Wow, you can really see the baby now!" I hear from Reinna as we sit in the SweetWoods-café.
"What do you think it is?" Diane asks with content in her eyes.
"I don't know, but I am hoping for a girl while Ethan hopes for a boy," I answer while flaunting my hand in the air.
"Well I hope for a boy," Lilith states her opinion.
"Oh, and why is that?" I ask the embarrassed Lilith sitting over the table.
"I, just think it might be a good addition, to feel like an older sister," Lilith answers, covering her red-ish face with both her hands, making everyone burst into laughter.
"Don't laugh at me!" she whispers with both her arms still on her face. As the laughter started to die out I took another sip of the sweet apple juice.
"So how is it going with the teaching job?" Amber asks as I put the glass down.
"I think it is going decently, there is one girl in the class I am the assistant in, she's super smart. She's ahead of everyone in the class and can answer almost every question Mrs. Rose gives," I respond, admittingly, she's a genius.
"You found someone smart, you should nurture her, even further. She might become someone big in the future," Reinna butts in with a smile.
"Yeah, it's always good to find talented people," Diane interrupts, stating it blatantly.
"I don't care if they are a prodigy or not, I just wish to teach them, to be better," I respond, announcing what I wish to do in my new career.
"I think that is a great wish to do," I hear from Amber as she's taking a sip from the finest wine.
"So when are you starting your job as an official teacher?" Diane asks with a curious smile.
"I will be employed next year, they believe that I won't be able to properly teach because I am pregnant. So it's better if I start once it’s out," I respond with an irritated voice. "So right now and until we set sail towards the island, I will be an assistant teacher and it's cheaper for the schools..." I include while quenching my fist in anger.
"I love you Aria!" I hear as the drunk man is laying on the ground, next to the bed.
"I love you too Ethan," I respond to the now weeping man.
He's been out drinking with Andrew and Fredrick, he lost this time again.
"Please don't be like your father, little one," I mutter under my breath, putting my hand on the big baby bump. "Please, don't be that unruly like him," I include as Ethan starts kissing the air.
"Hey, I have noticed that you are pregnant" Chloe whispers as I pass her desk.
"Yes, I am pregnant," I say, trying to move to the next child.
"Have you decided any names on it?" Chloe asks with a curious face.
"We haven't decided anything yet, but if it's a girl, I think I wish to name it Daisy" I announce while looking into her piercing violet eyes.
"And if it's a boy, can I name him?" she asks while excitement sparks in her eyes.
"Sure," I answer. "Only if it's a good name and a good fit" I include, as I do not want to have a childish name, like chocolate.
"Alright!" she whispers, and with a meter apart, I could still feel the excitement as I walk towards the next kid by the edge of the back row.
"Hey Nathan, need any help?" I ask the struggling blond-haired boy.
"Yes," he admits, "I need help with this part," he says, pointing towards the third question.
"What is the difference between Augmenters and Conjurers?" I read the question out loud. "Do you know the answer?" I ask, looking into his light brown eyes.
"I don't," he answers while looking a bit sad.
"Don't worry, the answer is that Conjurers control their mana into spells, to fire from a long distance. While Augmenters enhance their powers by using their mana as a weapon, to become stronger in their body," I answer slowly, so that Nathan manages to write everything down.
"Thanks, Miss Aria," he responds with a happy smile, as I start walking towards the kid in the middle row by the edge.
"Hey Lucas, how's it going? What do you need help with?" I ask the considerably tall boy.
"I need help with the first question," he states without hesitating.
"Alright, how does the mana core appear in humans? Do you know the answer?" I ask the brown-haired boy.
"I don't know, is it maybe because of the mana around?" he asks with a confused face.
"No, let me give you a hint, family," I say, giving him something to puzzle.
"Oh yeah, it passes through family members," he responds, with a light bulb appearing over his head.
"Thank you, Miss Aria," Lucas thanked me as I was walking towards the child in the first row.
"Hey Miss Aria, I also need help with the second question," Lucas announced behind my back, pointing towards the second question.
"Alright," I mumble as I walk towards Lucas again. "The second question, what is the rate for magicians to appear? Do you have any idea?" I ask Lucas again, looking into his light blue shiny eyes.
"No," he answers, with a hint of shame in his voice.
"There is no need to be down if you answer it wrong," I say comforting him by putting my hand on his shoulder.
"The answer is that 1 out of 100 people, it appears at least one magician," I say, pointing towards the paper sheet. "A tip for the next time you have a problem for some questions, look towards the posters, they might help answer some questions," I include, glancing at the shut door with some posters on.
"Thank yo-" I manage to hear before the bell rings.
"See you tomorrow!" I hear as all the kids run out of the classroom with their backpacks on their backs. I wave back towards Chloe who shouted.
