Well... I need to bring this up to my therapist - whom is also a gender therapist.

I understand this completely. Your friends might be showing favoritism. I went through the same thing with my friends, I had a friend come out as trans and immediately started using the correct pronouns, when I did I had to fight to be heard. In the end most of them didn't change, so I cut them off completely, without directly confronting them about it. What I'm saying is confront them, ask them why. You gotta get down to bottom of it, cause it can't continue.
