On Friday afternoon Y/n picked Luke and Leia up. Anakin was on the farm and they were supposed to join him. They planned on staying there for the weekend. Y/n had a surprise for Luke and Leia. He was smiling every time he thought about it.

-You seem to be in a great mood pops. - pointed Luke.

-What do you mean, I'm always in a good mood. - chuckled Y/n.

The ride didn't last long. Luke and Leia didn't notice their surprise in the middle of the lawn, because they were busy playing on their consoles. Once they got out of the car they gasped.

-You made a playground!? - squealed Leia.

-It's huge! - added Luke.

-First we are having dinner, then you will have the whole weekend with that playground. - smirked Y/n.

Luke and Leia ran to the restaurant as fast as they could. Anakin was already waiting for them. They hugged him and high-five Ahsoka. Y/n joined them few minutes later, after carrying their bags in the apartment.

-How was school? - asked Anakin.

Luke and Leia retold the story they already told to Y/n. In the meantime Y/n got back to setting up the new speakers and karaoke in one of the restaurant rooms. Few minutes later he watched through the window how Luke and Leia were racing to the playground. Leia won and immediately jumped on the swing. Y/n smiled and thanked himself that he made two swings instead of one as planned.

-They love it. - smiled Anakin as the brought Y/n a cup of coffee.

-Can you imagine how sound they will sleep after running around the playground for the whole day? - chuckled Y/n as he finished hanging the last speaker.

-Oh yeah. - nodded Anakin.

Y/n plugged everything up to the station with a laptop and a subwoofer. He started a random song and walked around the room to see if the sound was produced in every speaker. Then he checked the microphones' connection. Once he confirmed that everything worked, he turned the music down a bit and sat down at the table with Anakin. He was still watching Luke and Leia on the playground with a small smile on his face. Y/n used that moment to admire Anakin's expression.

-You know - said Anakin. - I can feel your eyes on me.

-I can't help but look at such a handsome face. - answered Y/n.

-How did you get anything done when we worked at the office is beyond me. - smiled Anakin.

-It took all of my strength to take my eyes off of you. - muttered Y/n. - Until I finally couldn't and needed to look at this face of yours for the rest of my life.

-You're getting sappy again. - chuckled Anakin.

-Admit that you love it. - smirked Y/n.

-I do. - answered Anakin, his eyes softening. - I love everything you do.

-Who's sappy now? - Y/n chuckled and  reached for Anakin's hand. - I love you too.

Anakin looked away, trying to hide the small blush on his face.

Time skip

In the evening Anakin and Y/n watched Luke and Leia as they barely were able to sit and finish their food. Anakin prepared the bed for them few minutes before.

-Go to sleep. - chuckled Y/n.

They nodded and dragged their feet to the bedroom. Anakin laid them to sleep and joined Y/n on the couch in the living room. Y/n was watching some movie. He rested his arm on the backrest of the couch. Anakin leaned his head on Y/n's shoulder and nuzzled his neck. He smiled when he felt Y/n's fingers running through his hair. He absolutely loved this feeling and it was all he needed to just melt.

-Keep doing that and I will fall asleep too. - muttered Anakin.

-We can go to sleep if you're tired. - offered Y/n.

-It's not that. - said Anakin. - I just feel so relaxed and at ease. It's been a while since I felt like this.

Y/n kissed Anakin's forehead, playing with his hair.

-It just feels...good.- sighed Anakin.

-I'm happy that I make you feel this way. - whispered Y/n.

Anakin smiled and wrapped his arm around Y/n's torso and pulled him closer as they watched the movie.
