Chapter 3 

Mercury Falls <3> 

Four years. 

Four years have passed. 

What happened during that time? 

                And with that thought, I woke up. Again. For the third time. Maybe these are signs that I will die soon..? After all, I’ve slept for this long, so another eternity wouldn’t matter much, right? Perhaps rigor mortis has already taken place. Who knows? 

                Come to think of it, a few years ago I peacefully learned about the angle at which Sun rotates in school with my friends. What went wrong? I don’t remember anything. Should I ask them? I ponder, slowly turning towards the two idiots. 

                They look at me. 

                And I look at them. 

                “H… hey, you good? Earth stutters. I stare at her with an intense gaze. 

                Saturn is the one to finally break the silence. “Mercury, what happened to you? No matter what you think, it is still wrong of you to—” 

                A letter fell from above. Opening it, Saturn gasps in pure excitement and honor. 

                “It’s a letter from the sun!” She exclaims. 

The letter read: 

Dear Mercury, 

                Greetings. I see you have awoken from your adequate slumber. 

Adequate? What.. I think I slept pretty well.. I think silently. 

                                                                                                                                                I hope you receive this letter well. Understanding your current confusion casted down from the Nine Planets, I must inform you of your wrongdoing. An energetic child you were. Playing tricks and causing mischief just like that brother of yours. However, you have taken your jokes too far. I cannot believe… He… Would die in a fire caused by your plays. It is an unforgivable act. You may choose to live out your current, unfazed life on the planet Enirity, who’s generosity allowed you to stay, and thou can also choose to repent for your sins, begging for forgiveness. Or… 

                Mercury Hydrargyrum. Does thou accept to fight for the throne once more? If so… Please collect fifty souls for me. However, required are pure souls untouched. If completed, you may stand with us once more. However, you will never rid of your guilt for as long as we remain.

Sorry for the short chapter this time. I wrote it during class sitting in the front row. 

Who is He? 

What is the reason for Mercury’s banishment? 

I can't "Shakespearean Dialect.."

And yes, this suddenly became the Mythical Sleuth L*ki R**n*rak and L**end of the S*n Kni*ht genre 

Never meant for that to happen, but it did, so I guess this works… 

I now think I have some form of an update schedule, which is every day at around 10:00. Could post earlier, could write later.

Not based off of Sailor Moon. Just because planets became humans with strange powers relating to their planets does not automatically make it related to a show far more popular where I could get cancelled for plagiarism
