The next day I walked into the auditorium waiting to see what roll I would get and what play we are doing. I found out we were doing a play called "One More Chance". I have watched this play like millions of times! And to hear that I was going to be in it makes me feel estatic! Everyone that got accepted was told to go on stage so we could get our rolls. Brandon got to be the main boy in the play (Steve). Mercedes sadly had to be the main girl (Emily). I felt a little down because I didn't get to be my favorite character... But i'm sure i'll get an important character! When It was my turn to hear what I was going to be I was picked as... AN EXTRA! Wait there must be something wrong here! I get to be in a play I love but I'm an EXTRA!? An extra dosn't do anything but to pretend to do something in the BACKGROUND! This is so outrageous! I can't believe this is happening! :(
