A figure was unsteady walking in between the alley of the school. It leaned against the wall before coughing a few times following up with vomits. The figure wipes its mouth with a heavy sigh. There were bodies of Roe's unbeaten up lackey laying behind the figure.
One of the lackeys slowly leans up with difficulty because of a broken arm. The figure glances back with a deadly glare causing the lucky to foam from its mouth and faint. The figure turns its gaze away and walks out of the alley. The gender of the figure was revealed as soon as it stepped out of the dark alley. It was a teenage girl with ferocious eyes as the wind blew against her long messy mermaid tail hair.
She wipes away the blood from her cut lip and keeps her gaze forward. The girl walks into the gym and finds Ash panting heavily on the floor with his eyes closed. She walks towards him while keeping her alpha pheromones under control. As she kneels down to help him up, a thought passes by.
She didn't think that she would encounter him again or come across another situation like this once more. She empathizes with Ash's pain of being an Omega in heat. It reminded her of her parents, especially her father who was an Omega.
She pulls Ash's arm over her shoulder and walks out of the gym with him. Maybe it was because he was unconscious, his smell wasn’t as strong as when he was conscious. This made it easier for her to take him to the nurse office. On the way there, she stumbled on the stairways to the hallway that lead to the nurse office.
Ash fell on the floor with his back but his head was blocked in time before it made contact with her hand. She used her other hand to support her causing her body to lean on top of Ash. She was only centimeters away from landing her lips on his. She could feel his hot breath before her. As her body was close contact with his, she could even feel his hard pole down there.
Now that she was closer to him and was facing him face to face, his scent was stronger than before. Her instincts almost made her kiss him. It took all of her self control to not attack an unconscious person. She pulls herself together and continues to take Ash to the nurse office. When she arrived, Kathy was going through documents.
Kathy looks up at the sound of the door opening. She put the documents down and quickly went over to them to attend Ash. She also took out a suppressor when she noticed that Ash was an Omega. Kathy injects the suppressor into Ash. It took a few minutes for the suppressor to work. As soon as they lay Ash down on the bed, she stumbles back on her feet and lands butt on the floor.
“Are you alright…?!” Kathy rushes over to her side.
She shakes her head to clear up her mind, “I’m fine… I just need to regain my composure…”
“If you say so,” said Kathy as she helps her onto the bed to rest, “But what are you doing here?”
“I had some things to do…” she answered, “I was going to head back after I finished them…”
“Alright,” said Kathy, “Just don’t push yourself so much. How did you encounter him anyway?”
“I was walking towards the gym and caught a whiff of his scent in the air,” she answered, “He was getting attacked by a group of students…”
“So you jumped in to help him despite being an Alpha yourself?”
She nods at her. Kathy gave out a sigh, “Attacking an Omega on school ground is punishable by law… Stay here until you regain your strength. I’ll head over to the principal office and let them know what happened.”
Just as Kathy was about to leave the room, she called out to her. Kathy turns around and smiles, “I know. I’ll keep your identity a secret from him.”
Kathy closes the door and leaves. She leans back on the bed and turns her head towards Ash. The sound of his breath relaxes her for some reason. She reaches out to him but hesitates to touch his cheek. She stares at him, “...I’m sorry for coming late. You had to go through that horrible experience… I’m sorry…”

There was a little girl around the age of 9 crying her eyes out silently on a swing. She didn’t make a sound and was just staring out into the empty space with crocodile tears. The little girl had just lost someone important to her and she didn’t want to go home. Going home would mean she would have to see that person. She would rather stay at the playground and get kidnapped then go home. She rocks the swings as time passes by.
“Here,” said a small voice beside her.
The little girl slowly turns her head and looks at the little kid that stood beside her. It was a little boy of the same age but he was shorter than her. He gave her his melting chocolate cone icecream. The little girl stares at him with her empty eyes, “...What…?”
“I’ll give you this,” said the little boy, “It’s yummy. So yummy you won’t be able to think about crying but just how yummy the ice cream is.”
The little girl wondered if he was trying to cheer her up. She reached out for the ice cream but saw the little boy’s hand tremble. He probably didn’t want to give her his ice cream but only did it to cheer her up. The little girl couldn’t help but smile at the little boy who was trying to make her stop crying and smile. The little girl pulls back her hand and shakes her head, “I’m not hungry…”
“But… Mommy says that a person cries only when they're hungry or sad,” said the little boy, “If you’re not hungry then… Are you sad? Why?”
At first, the little girl wasn’t planning to tell him anything, but everything that was tightly locked together broke out like a dam. Her tears that had stopped from earlier started flowing out again. She hiccups and sobs out loud as she recalls her precious person. The little boy panics and drops his ice cream.
“Ah, I’m sorry…! That was rude of me…! Please don’t cry…”
He wanted to pat her back but his hand was sticky with chocolate so all he could do was just use his arm to rub her back.
“It’ll be okay,” said the little boy, “Everything will be fine. It’ll be okay….”

A girl opens her eyes as she awakens from the dream world. She gets up from her bed as the sunlight enters through the crack of the curtains. The girl gave out a dazed look, “What an old memory…”
She looks at the calendar hung on the wall above her bed. There was a red circle on the 23rd date of the month. She traces the mark on the date, “...Am I so scared that I had that dream, or am I angry that I had that dream…?”
Her gaze softened, “What would you do, Ash?”

“You should really take a self defense class,” said LJ as she slurps up his apple juice, “There’s no telling when that will happen again.”
“You really think I have the time to go do that?” said Ash as he types like a mad man on his laptop.
“No one told you to do your history essay at the last minute,” said LJ, “Anyway, just try and make some time to take some self-defense classes.”
“I can’t…!” Ash glares at LJ with his panda eyes, “If I make time for that, I won;t have any free time to play…!”
“Who cares about playing when you’re endangered?” said LJ.
“I DO!” Ash yelled out, “Now stop bothering me! I only have ten minutes left before class starts and I’m only on my fifth page!”
“How many pages do you need to write?” Orpha asked.
“TEN!”
Orpha turns to LJ, “Think he’ll finish before lunch is over?”
LJ shrugs, “Don’t know… Want to make a bet?”
There was nothing else better to do. Raging fire reflected in Ash’s eyes as he speed type his thoughts out. He didn’t have the time to be concerned about his safety, not when his future was at stake!
