After closing the curtain behind her quickly, she stood there for a moment groaning quietly closing her eyes and blushed brightly. Her heart thumping hard in her chest feeling an odd tingle creeping up her back and shook her head whispering. “What I’m thinking messing around like that.” Ceria huffed pulling off the dirty shirt she wore and tossed in the pile to be washed and pulled a semi cleaner top on making sure it wouldn’t touch the burns as much as the other. She turned taking a in a breath looking at the curtain putting her game face back on and walked back out. Jet look up and grinned a little as he looked at her in the pink ripped tank, her bra showed a little at her shoulders from the rips and tears as she dumped out the bag and looked at the MREs before putting them up in a makeshift cabinet quiet and reaching down for the water bottles and looking at one before putting it up. Jet smirked and leaned on the counter, dusting his jacket off and tossing it to the passenger seat. “So um you ok there.” She looked over at him, brushing her pale cheek off, streaking a little grease from being under a car as she spoke. “Oh, I am fine I don’t like what Raven did, but thank you again for well you know... and um a few minutes ago I… I um I’m sorry uh .”
Jet looked at her and frowned before he spoke. “Wow, um, would it have been better if you fell and died? And come on it was my fault too and I’m sorry honestly I don’t get it either so lay off ok.” Ceria nodded and spoke “Fine” She looked down for a moment letting what he said roam around in her head as she growled, nodding “Yeah… maybe Raven would get me out of his head and go after Burt’s daughter or something.” Jet grinned as he leaned toward her, placing his hands on the table between them his grin turning in to a cocky one as he spoke. “Well, life might be a little less fun around here if you had died.” She nodded, watching him, and chuckled, sitting up straighter as Jet nodded. Ceria smirked, glancing down at the table and back up speaking again. “Oh really” He nodded again and move toward her, licking his bottom lip, biting it gently. She stood and handed him a bottle filled with water and smirked. “Easy there paco I will shoot you where you stand but I won’t because I am actually starting to like you” Ceria smirked, her hand on her gun blinking twice and walked toward teasing him. Ceria chuckled leaning toward him taking in a deep breath looking at him and shaking her head sighing as she whispered to him “With that being said, lets keep it that way ok. Cause it would be a hell of a mess to clean up.”
Ceria giggled as Jet looked at
her suspiciously and sighed, confused taking the bottle of water and
taking a drink. He stood there, kind of watching her as she looked
down, seeing her cheeks growing slightly red. He took in a breath and
handed it back to her, making her smirk. She placed the bottle on the
table and brushing her hands off, remembering what happened a few
minutes ago, her cheeks growing more red. She shook her head
slightly, reaching in to her pocket and pulling out the batteries she
had reaching for the player she had in her other pocket and began
putting new batteries in it. Ceria took in a breath, trying not to
think about the situation a few minutes ago but unable to help it,
realizing that she wanted something like that to happen again or more
and for some odd reason, she wanted to be around him. She took in a
deep breath and let it out slowly as she looked at him standing
there, hisarms crossed over his chest as he glanced over to his bag,
grabbing it and looking through it on the table. A loud laugh from
her father finally broke the silence making Jet turn and look out the
door window and then back to his bag glancing up seeing she was just
standing there quietly, her eyes down to the ground off in a daze
which made him chuckle.
Ceria bit her bottom lip fussing silently stood there fiddling with the music player she had ready to just cut this weird crap she was feeling out and not loose face even if she wanted to and spoke “Hey um, come on, I will show you where you’re sleeping tonight.” He looked at her and frowned, protesting. “Now wait a sec.. I didn’t let you fall and your the one who provoked me a moment ago. So I really don’t think me sleeping on the roof is a just reward for those actions.” Ceria looked at him, laughing, and nodded before teasing him. “Reward, huh? Well, no reward, but come on, I will show you where you are bunking. But you have to behave yourself Jet, cause… um… you might not want to be in my bed if my father is in the camper he might get offended.” He swallowed before he spoke “Oh believe I’m going to behave your not my type.” He swallowed hard, knowing he lied. But she made him have a loss for words and in order not to blow everything, he had to lie and put what he was told to do first.. She sighed, looking at him once again and spoke “Oh, I already know Jet, so I’m just going to have to get over it, huh.” He watched her turn around and start down the hall as he took in a breath, kind of feeling bad for what he had said, and then decided it might be for the best to just do what he was told.
She started to the back of the camper, moving the sheet aside, showing where her bunk was, and very few keepsakes that sat in the small window. Jet looked around the bare clean floor and then to the gray covered fold out cot she slept in and then grinned, surprised that the area was as big as it was for being a medium-sized camper. He turned around to see the window that she looked out of. A small silver rose sat on the sill along with a music box and a black box that looked like some of the velvet worn off of it. He turned back to her and saw a small table with a drawer under her cot and grinned, seeing a small pile of clothing in a corner that needed to be washed the next time they pulled in to an area that had water. She Looked down, moving past him and grabbing another cot, leaning on the wall and setting it up for him across from hers. Soon moving her rose music box and the black box, putting them on top of a shelf near where she slept. Jet grinned, pulling his bag back to his new sleeping space. He looked over at her as she sat on her bunk and looked at him. He grinned, lifting his bag up to his bunk and sitting across from her, nudging her with his knees. “Thanks, this is a lot nicer than where I have been sleeping.” She looked at him and nodded. “Really?.... well cabin Roy is always nice.”
She grinned sitting on her cot and leaned back, crossing her legs as she worked on one of the metal puzzles her uncle had given her. Ceria took in a breath before stretching, placing the puzzles on the shelf next to the rose and closing her eyes. Jet reached over and touched her dark hair as he leaned toward her on his cot, making her open her eyes, looking over at him. “What are you doing?” he shook his head. “I haven’t seen someone so pretty before, sorry and then seeing you I was like wow. And then a little earlier…” he closed his eyes, a small smirk forming, remembering how she felt against him and her soft lips against his. As he spoke as seductive as he could. “I was like god damn” She smirked as she took her hair down and hung the pony tail holder on a nail with two others. “Well, there’s Fawn, she’s pretty,” he scoffed, opening his eyes, watching her lay down on the cot speaking. “She just a kid,” she grinned as she turned on her side, her hair falling to her other side part of a tattoo peeked out at him on her back. He reached over and placed a finger on the black from the phoenix tattoo and grinned. “Huh, she has a tattoo.” She laughed as she turned toward him. “Are you done?”
He grinned, feeling warm and scooting from her as he rolled his eyes, taking off his tee-shirt and hanging it up on the end of his cot. She looked over at him and grinned “well now that is a sight.” He looked at her and shook his head as he flexed slightly a tribal tattoo banded around his arm, his chest was muscular but not extremely large and had a large white ragged Z looking scar contrasted the tan his skin, even with this shirt off he was much bigger build than she was. She giggled, kinda liking the way he was standing there with his shirt off, and looked him over. He grinned slightly as he straightened out the top of his faded camo cargos, right where the V leading down to his crotch started and stood there, the pants against his hips as he smirked at her holding a clean shirt. She whistled as he bent for his bag and grabbed for another shirt, calling to her. “What are you looking at?” He smirked, sliding another shirt on and grinning at her, knowing damn well what she was looking at and whistling at. He adjusted the belt he wore and straitened out the holster where his gun rested as she leaned up on her arm, watching him speaking. “I didn’t realize the amount of pain you cause me your such a damn tease.”
Ceria smirked, looking at him as
he stood there, a cocky grin on his lips now leaning toward her, and
speaking, “That I’m causing you? No, my dear, you do not know the
amount of pain I could cause you.” Ceria smirked slyly and stood up
from her bunk and faced him, hearing her father getting in to the
camper. He smirked and leaned toward her, bringing up his hand,
touching her cheek gently, whispering. “Be careful what your
wishing for.” he chuckled, coming closer to her, his lips almost
touching hers, making her cheek grow red. The sudden action made her
growl a bit at him and look away. Jet grinned, moving toward her and
brought up her him to look at him. Ceria frowned as he chuckled
leaning his head to the side speaking “Because I may not be able to
stop next time” She swallowed hard, her chest catching little
making her growl slightly unsure of why but she needed to walk away
right now. She stood there solid but unsure how to react right at
that moment and shook it off to think about it later before turning
and calling back to him. “Yeah, well, just remember what I said.”
Ceria felt her cheeks blush fully and started toward the front as he
chuckled and watched her go, knowing he just flustered her. Jet
chuckled darkly, playing along as he pulled his shirt on and started
out seeing Roy getting into the camper. He stopped, taking in a
breath, groaning a little, trying to figure out why he couldn’t
focus on what he was there to do. Jet leaned his head on his
shoulder, looking at the back of her for a moment, feeling himself
stir and hurt. He took in a breath calming down, his chest still
thumping quickly, trying to remember why he was there in the first
place jumping, hearing Roy call for them. “Come on, kids, more of
the campers and vans in the area pulling in for the night.” Ceria
nodded and blushed when her father smiled at her, brushing her hair
away from her shoulder. Roy’s smile faded, seeing Jet start out
from the back where she had set up his cot and nodded, whispering to
her. “Just be careful, Ceria.” Ceria looked at him wide eyed and
then back at Jet, who stood behind her hands in his pockets and
leaning on the counter. She shook her head and then watched her
father move to the steering wheel, hearing him chuckle.
