Ruan Yuchen eyes widened when he saw that the pretty woman that was supposedly asleep was now standing in front of him.

"I must be dreaming! When did she stand up from the bed?!"

To make sure he was still wide awake, Ruan Yuchen reached for his face to pinch his cheeks.

"Ahhh!"

The pain from holding his skin tightly caused him to cry out, a red mark formed on both cheeks.

Marya Zaleska eyes narrowed on the man that intruded on her rest, his height was not too far from hers only a few inches below, she noticed he had nice dark eyes, but that did not end there as the vampire progenitor's eyes lowered to his nose and lips.

"Hmm...he doesn't look too bad."

While the thought went through her mind, Ruan Yuchen kept rubbing his sour flesh which he earlier pinched. This seemed to draw the attention of the ancient one, making her nose flare from the slightest smell of blood. The Vice President of PingAn Group nervously eyed the woman in front of him, who kept staring, but for some reason her eyes and his were not meeting.

"What is she looking at? Do I have something on my face?!"

A frown formed on his brow, but he could not find the courage to ask the strange woman in front of him. A couple of minutes passed before the Vice President of PingAn Group hesitantly introduced himself.

"Ermm...Good evening, I'm Ruan Yuchen."

Dark long lashes served as a veil over the eyes of Marya Zaleska, to conceal the look in her eyes when she saw the hand that was extended.

"Does he know that he is being rude?! As expected from a lowly human!"

Rather than stretching her hand to receive his handshake, she eyed the hand in front of her before giving a reply.

"I'm Princess Marya Zaleska Tepes, Daughter to Vladislav III Tepes the Prince of Wallachia from the House of Draculesti and Mirena Tepes."

As she introduced herself the other stared at her with his mouth hanging out, what he heard was some strange melodious words that made no sense to him. Seeing the way Ruan Yuchen stared at her with his mouth open, Marya Zaleska lips curved in a secret smile for she had deliberately switched to her Romanian tongue, not that she could not reply him in the language that he knew.

"What have I gotten myself into?! I do not understand any of the things she just said! I think I must look for an interpreter! Is she from Mongolia?"

Pulling out the phone from his pocket, the Vice President of PingAn Group was about to call his aide to look for an interpreter so late at night, only to be stopped by the words of the Vampire Progenitor.

"That would not be necessary Ruan Yuchen, I do not need you to get me an interpreter. I'm Romanian and not a Mongolian."

Stunned by the sudden change in the situation, the phone that he held in his hand fell to the floor, as Ruan Yuchen's face became a mask of unspeakable fear at the wintry smile that appeared on her almost translucent skin.
