When someone takes your credit

It's not that uncommon, alas, that people take credit. Sometimes, it's unintentional. Sometimes, it's indirect, by not saying something (like who actually came up with or did something).
And then, sometimes, it's very intentional, very direct, and very truth-bending. OK, not truth-bending. A complete and utter fabrication of reality, that's much closer to the truth.
