The atmosphere in the room was warm since everyone had gathered here because of the newly born child of the Silverheart house; Niel Silverheart, to greet him with great excitement and welcomed him as the new member of their household and family. 

In the same room with the wooden crib, Niel was getting acquainted with his new family. 

"Hey! I want to look at him too!" Lillian yelled with an expression of irritation as the others didn't let her get any of Niel's attention yet.

As a curious child, Lillian couldn't understand why Niel was getting all the attention and what was so special about him. There was still something that interested her about this younger brother of hers, as it was evident in her eyes full of a glint and her constant movement trying to bypass the adults to get closer; she was curious and wanted to know what made Niel able to steal the attention she that was usually on her. 

"Ok, then how about you hold him for me." Elaina said with a smile since she knew Lillian's behavior.

"Me?!" Lillian asked since she was surprised by the offer.

"Yes, you'll be his elder sister from now on, so you should learn how to hold a baby." Elaina said with the same smile as before. Then she did as she had declared and passed Niel over to Lillian.

(Are you really going to do this to me? This sounds like a bad idea!) Niel protested against the idea, not liking it. Obviously, since no one could hear his thoughts and his protest was in vain.

Lillian received Niel with her arms extended and her body trembling in worry as she did her best to carry him properly, as a smile of pride came to her face as she actually managed to hold him properly.

"Well done! You see, you're doing great, but you'll need more than that to be a great elder sister." Elaina said as she looked at her daughter, who was now proudly standing with her head high as she carried her younger brother.

(I guess she's trying hard, so I'll be a nice bother... After all, in all of the technicality, I'm actually the elder sibling here.) Niel thought to himself as he saw Lillian doing her best so that she wouldn't hurt him or let him fall while carrying him.

"Hehehe" Niel laughed for Lillian to indicate his happiness and congratulate her for not messing this up.

"Hahaha! Good Job little Lilly!" Farn was just happy about this little moment between siblings.

"No! I wanted to be this first to make him laugh... Well, at least I can still teach him how to walk." Shelia said as she saw the cute moment and could only focus on the lost opportunity.

"Beautiful! This is so adorable! She's the first one to make him laugh!... Wait a second?! Isn't he a little too young to laugh?" Elaina was the first one to see what was odd about this situation, cause she had other four children before Niel, and even though she doesn't know the exact amount of time before a baby starts laughing, but she understood that this was definitely too early.

"We Mana folk all grow and develop at different rates, this just means our baby is strong and healthy!" Farn threw some weird and faulty logic out as he tried to make it so that Elaina didn't worry too much.

"Even if Mana folk grow at different rates when it comes to mana control and their abilities it doesn't mean that our child can do abnormal things." Elaina started to worry about Niel while Farn continued to try and calm her down.

"Grow fast huh? It's this story again." Shelia said as her expression became gloomy and the excitement and happiness from before seemed like a lie as she left the room.

While her parents were having their conversation and Shelia left, Lillian appreciated the sense of responsibility and accomplishment that she got from holding Niel so much, that for the next ten minutes she wouldn't let go of him no matter what. It was on that day that she began to get attached to Niel.

Once Lillian got tired her parents were finally able to get her to let go of Niel, then Farn to Lillian to her room as it was already her bad time, while Elaina stayed with Niel and put him back in his crib.

(Maybe I should try and get familiarized with things like my abilities now that I'm back to...) Niel began to thinks of trying to understand his abilities, but before he even had the chance to, he fell asleep.

Now being a baby again, Niel couldn't fight with his instinct to sleep, so he had no other option but to do it once he woke up.

On that night while Niel was deep in his sleep, the passion of love ignited as his parents had fun.

In the middle of the night, when everyone was sleeping, Niel woke up feeling very uncomfortable as he could feel what was in his diaper and hungry at the same time, a strong feeling inside of him, told him what he had to but not wanting to fall to that pitiful state, Niel refused to do it and contained as much as possible but it was stronger than him.

"Waaaaa!!!" The loud cry left his mouth as Niel felt embarrassed of his own existence.

"What!? Who's attacking?" Farn said as he got out of bed in battle stance ready to destroy the enemy, while his tired eyes and messy hair make him look ridiculous doing so.

"It's just the baby, how are you not used to it after all this time, anyway it's your turn, good, look." Elaina said with her now very messy head and tired eyes, then she wished him good luck and went back to sleep.

"I a great general who fought fearlessly against enemy armies, having to change diapers... Again.*Sigh*" Farn complained, sighed then got and got to work as he changed Niel's diaper and carried him to Elaina.

"He's all yours now, ahhhh-hhaaaaaa, I'll go back to sleep." Farn woke Elaina up and handed Niel up so that she could breastfeed him then yawned and wanted to go back to sleep but.

"Wait! You'll be taking him back to his crib once he's done drinking my milk." Elaina who was just as tired stopped Farn and breastfed Niel until he was full.

Then she handed him to Farn to took him back to his crib and then both went back to sleep.

(I'm sorry to both of you... I can't help it...) Niel felt very embarrassed with the whole situation but as a baby, there's nothing that can be done about it.

(Now, how exactly do I go about my abilities?... System active... Will this work?) Just as Niel thought of it, a blue floating screen appeared right in front of him like last time.

Then right after more screens began to pop up.
