"You can't be serious!" I yelped when I saw the disgusting motel room.
We had to find a place to stay for the night because it had gotten to dark to drive.
John had argued that this was at least better than sleeping in the car but after seeing the room I highly disagreed.
It looked like it had bin furnished in the 60s and probably also cleaned the last time. The strong stench of mold, piss and sweat almost made me throw up.
"Well it could be worse." John said while sitting down on one of the two double beds.
"How could it be worse that this?" I snarled while crossing my arms over my chest.
John just shrug his shoulders and replied "There could be a dead hooker."
"Well at least the minibar is stacked." Lu added while pulling out a whiskey bottle from the small fridge.
I shock my head and then went to the bathroom to take a shower.
As soon as I has taken one look at the bathtub I decided to not do that but instead just brush my teeth and wash my face.
I really hope we can find that cabin tomorrow. I'm definitely not staying one more night in something like this.
When I came out of the bathroom Lu and John where sitting on the beds opposed from each other and where passing the bottle between them.
With a tired sigh I let my self fall onto the bed that John was sitting on.
"You are on the wrong bed." Lu said with a devilish smile.
"I'm not going to share with you." I replied dryly.
He winked at me and then said "Oh come on baby. It would be so much fun. Besides I promise you will be really happy afterwards."
"No thanks. I rather stay depressed and for ever alone than get fucked by the biggest slut in existence."
He threw one of the cushions at me and grumpily replied "I'm not a slut you asshole! I just know what I want and in this case it's you."
John took another sip from the bottle and then cleared his throat.
"I actually have something against it too. Because I definitely don't want my two best friends to fuck while I'm trying to sleep."
Lu licked his lips and snatched the bottle from John's hand. "Well you could also join us." He mused.
John's face contorted into a grimace of pure disgust.
"Nobody is fucking anybody tonight or ever!" I yelled while ripping the whiskey out on Lu's hand and taking a big swing of it.
"Wow. Your are even more prudish than my father." Lu said while leaning back.
There was a few minutes of silence until John asked "How is he by the way? I mean I read about him but what kind of person is he really?"
Lu chuckled and then replied "Seriously you know me now for what? Two years and only now you are asking that?"
John just shrugged his shoulders.
"Well in my opinion he is a god damn dictator and a complete narcissist."
"Oh come on. You are just pissed because he throw you out of heaven." I shimmied in.
"Yes but you must admit that he does barely any thing for the humans and in return expects a lot from them."
"But he created us isn't that already a lot?" John asked.
Lu starred at him with an blank expression. "Everbody can create life that's not hard. The hard part is to protect your creation and actively guide them and in that regard he definitely fails."
"But isn't that why we have his books?"
Lu laughed at John's question.
"You mean the books that where writen by humans and that they still fight over because they can't came to an agreement on which one is correct?"
John stretched his head and seemed to be lost for words.
"Could we please just go to sleep? This stuff is way to complex and I'm definitely to tired for that. "
I bagged them.
"Yeah me too." John replied.
Half an hour later we had turned of the lights and fallen asleep.

Around two hours later I woke up to the sound of the tv.
I blinked in confusion and looked over to Lu's bed. He set there with some sort of bucket in his lap and was eating out of it.
"What the hell are you doing?" I asked confused.
"I'm eating hot wings while watching porn. What else would I do?"
"Right..." I mumble while turning away from him.
Before I drifted back to sleep I thought came over me. Where did he get hot wings in the middle of nowhere at 1 am?
