Crystal groaned loudly.
"Ah. Sh*t!" she shrieked.

I looked behind her and noticed how she held tight on her left elbow.

A looked back in front and planned on worrying about it later. She must've gotten close to the fire and got hurt.

The sounds of fire cracking grew louder and my body felt the heat from it. Sweat continues to build up on my temple as I wipe it dry.
The strange numb feeling on my legs makes me want to stop running.

Zhara kept panting heavily while Lei was focused running continuously on our path. Her expression looked serious as always.

"Tired already?" Crystals voice felt confident even though we knew that she was tired too.

As we run toward the large trees, the grounds felt weird, it felt like mud rather than being dry.

"I think we're near to a water source!" I exclaimed.
"Stop! Stop running!"
Zhara repeated.

I  took a glimpse beside me where she was and stopped continuing my step.
"The fire has stop moving towards us."
She informed.

"Great..." Crystal continued panting.
She paused and relaxed her back by resting her palm on both of her knees.

While Lei squats on the muddy ground. She takes off the backpack she wore and looked for something.
"Hey Harlyn any other ideas about the use of this pendant thing?"
She called me out and took out the golden pendant.

I looked at her with a focused look on the pendant.
"Nothing new. I just think that it could be a key to something." I answered.

She pouted her lips together and nodded.

I looked around and walked towards the direction where the muddy path was. As I continue my steps, I felt someone pull my arm back.
I spun my head at the back and noticed that it was Zhara.
"Going alone isn't good, let me come with you!" she insisted.

I gave her a natural smile and agreed.
As we took our steps together, she starts to hum.
"Can I ask you a question?" she said finally. We couldn't keep the awkwardness go on.
"What?"
"Is it because of dad?"

I stopped for a second and turned to her.

"What about dad?" i asked with confusion. 
"Why would you bring up dad?" i added.

"im sorry, you must feel angry. i just wanted to ask if he was the reason you hate me that much?" She explained clearly.

I scoffed and turned my head away from her gaze.

"N- No." i turned my head back to her stuttering.
"And why would you bring up such drama in this time of being?" I added confusedly.
"I mean we all had our shares? what else are you mad about?" She continued without answering my question.

I felt annoyed not knowing what to say. The anger and annoyance mixed through my emotions. A laugh escaped my lungs.

Money... She thinks I want money.
What a girl she is.

"You think money is what I want? You're so confident as if you know me well." i scoffed.

" i don't need money... I'm not a spoiled person like you." I answered while giving her deep stare through her eyes.

"Then what makes you hate me that much?!"

"Who knows? Maybe your existence?" i smirked.

She froze wanting to say something but paused. i noticed the tears in her eyes building up.

How dramatic...

The the words my thoughts released.

"I thought we had the chance to accept each others as sisters. But the way you see me is disappointing. As if I'm the bad person here? Your mother was the one who stole my father away from us, And was also the reason they had to divorce." i said.

"You had everything! yet you're still bothering me by bringing him up. You disgust me." i added and turned away from her.

As i continue to take my steps towards the muddy ground, I didn't bother to look back for her.
I began to hear water rushing through my path.

As I lift my head up, and see a large river surrounding a round field, like an arena.

As I look further, I noticed a circle shaped door with a familiar symbol inside the round arena.

"Harleynnn!" Cris voice called from afar.

i turn my heads towards the voice behind me and saw Cris approaches me with big cute steps.

As she finally approached me, She pulled me close for a whisper.

"The Lei girl was glaring at me again when you half sissy came." She whispered.

I looked at Cris with an interested look making her guess what i did.

She widened her eyes.

"No way! Did you finally roast that slut again?!" She squealed.

She gave me a tight, welcoming hug around my waist while my arms were folded below my chest.

"Congratulation girl! this is your fifth confrontation with that girl! I should note that down. What did you say? What did you say?!" She pushed me back and held my arms tightly again.

I smiled and noticed he taking a glimpse behind me.

"What the... what is that?" She asked and pointed out the arena behind me.

"Well why wont we check it out?" i smiled brightly.

"Should we call the two though?"  She questioned me.

"Harlyn..." a soft, Man voice echoed through my ears whispering, that gave me goosebumps on my arm crawling through my neck.

I turned my head towards the voice and noticed how it came from the large round door inside the arena.

"You heard that right? That man voice?" I turned my head back to Cris.

"No... I'm pretty sure that's a woman's voice?" She said surely.

"Alright don't pay attention to that first. I'll call the two and let's explore that together." Cris explained.
I nodded with agreement.

As she fades away through the huge trees. I gazed through the wide arena.

The water rushed peacefully around the arena. The birds singing somewhere in the trees. The winds sound echos around the forest-

"Harlyn..."
The voice said again.
I suddenly felt nauseous. My vision was got brighter and brighter. The peaceful sound turned silent and created high pitched sounds. My heart began to pound.

My body stood itself and starts to approach the arena slowly. I felt paralyzed by my own body. I wanted to fight it but I felt numb.

As I step into the water I shrieked St I collapsed into the river. The side of my waist bumped into a random rock inside the water. I felt the sudden ache builds through my waist.

I stood up weakly as I put my hand on my waist to endure the pain. I continued my steps and reached the arena. The door rolled sideways with the sounds of rocks cracking.

The room was dark, and full of moving shadow figures inside it.

As I walked towards it the ringing sound in my ear slowly fades and I started hearing muffled screams.

Once I reached the door my body didn't hesitate to enter the dark room.
Then my vision blacked out.
