In the same room with the wooden crib, Niel was once again waking up to find that his parents already left the room, and as per usual, he decided to start his training.
(Now that I can use mana manipulation, I should try to cast a spell... But I don't know any Null spells... Should I try and ask the system?) Niel started to question how he should proceed from now on.
[That is not advised, casting magic at a young age without the proper level of mana manipulation is dangerous.]
(What? Why?) Niel asked his system as it piqued his curiosity.
[No information about it is available, but my lord can rest assured that it is true that there is danger.]
(So, you want to be careful about the consequences when I don't know what they are?... I suppose it will be for the best that for now, I focus on mana manipulation.) Niel said deciding to trust the system.
Niel just like before concentrated on the mana on his body, but this time with the help of <Mana manipulation> things went much smoother and he could now properly guide it to circulate through his body, and even though the speed and accuracy are relatively low, it's still much better than before.
(If I keep it at this pace, I'll probably take a long while before I can actually use magic... Is my 99x multiplier active?) Niel thought then coming to ask about his cheat.
[Yes, your multiplier is always active. Your current progress is only this fast because of it.]
The mana kept circulating all throughout his body, as he slowly trained to someday be able to make a difference.

A room that's not too big nor too small, it has enough space for 10 people to stand tightly, and what occupies it is a wooden desk, a mini table, and a single sofa. Sitting on a chair and writing on some parchment on the desk is a woman with pink hair and eyes, which now has her eyes brows together while her free hand is rubbing her forehead.
"Why did something like this have to knock on my door now? Right after my new angel's birth... I don't think I have that much luck left after all these years." The pink-haired woman said with a tired voice, and leaned back on her chair with her face now facing the roof.
"Mom! Mom!" The sweet voice of a child could be heard calling for the woman with pink hair.
A child with white wavy short hair came and purple eyes in with a smile and ran towards the woman with pink hair.
"Lillian my love, what is it?" Said Elaina as she looked at Lillian a smile now being on her face.
"Hum.. I want to learn magic, please!" Lillian said with the eyes of a little angel glowing with hope and happiness, and a smile that would melt even frozen hearts.
"No, I told you before that you're too young to learn magic." Elaina said maintaining her smile while saying so.
"Why?! I don't want to wait." Lillian said in response with the biggest 'puppy eyes' one could possibly make.
"A no is a no, believe me. When you're older you'll thank me for this, it's for your own good my little fairy." Elaina said with a slightly more serious expression seeing Lillian's persistence.
"But I just want to be a great mage like you!" Lillian yelled.
*sighs* "Do you want to hear a story?" Elaina sighed and asked a question to Lillian.
Lillian was confused when she heard that, she expected her mother to say no again but instead got offered to hear a story, and she was very curious to see what exactly this would lead to.
"Yes!" Lillian shouted excited and curious to see what kind of story she would get, she even almost forgot the reason she came here.
"Ok, let me get the book, I'll be back in a bit..." Elaina was saying but then she looked at her desk and. "You know what, it's best if you come up with me." Elaina said as she changed her mind.
Lillian nodded her head and she followed her mother, they both headed to the room in which Niel was fed before, a big room that has multiple shelves, and Elaina walked to one of them and pulled out a relatively small book.
From the way it looked, it seemed like a children's book with a simple draw cover with a blond boy in it.
Then both Elaina and Lillian sat on one of the sofas in the room. Lillian was shaking herself nonstop and humming while she waited for Elaina to start.
"Once upon a time..." Elaina started the story and Lillian attentively listened.
Elaina calmly told Lillian the story of a boy that just wanted to use magic just like her, and just like Lillian the boy was told that he was too young, however, the boy was also told that if he conquered the challenge of the three guardians of magic, he would be able to use magic despite being too young.
The boy after hearing there was a chance to learn, was very happy and hopeful, so he traveled to the waterfall where the 3 guardians were said to live, and he faced many trials and dangers to get there and then when he got there, he was immediately met with a dragon that looked like a giant snake, it could fly and even speak.
The snake dragon said to the bit that he had to chose, between living the perfect life in a dream world and go inside the waterfall to pursue magic. In the dream world, he would never have to worry about anything and could just live free of worries and problems forever. But the boy was strong-willed and refused the dream world.
The boy advanced and meet two other trials which he passed and in the end, he got magic just how he wanted, but soon discovered that magic was not exactly as magical as he initially thought.
He could do the things he wanted but only for a limited amount of time, he still had to study and try hard to live to learn each spell, and he could no longer sleep peacefully because his young body couldn't properly handle magic and he ended up getting Sleep casting, which is a magical condition, where a magic caster under the age of 13 will cast magic spells while asleep and it can lead to death in worst cases. Only those who start casting magic before the age of 13 can contract this.
"So, what do you think my angel? Isn't it a nice story?" Elaina said with a smile once she was done telling the story.
"I don't like it! It's a bad story." Lillian said with an unsatisfied expression on her face while crossing her arms.
"Oh really? Why is that?" Elaina asked seeing Lillian's reaction.
"The ending is sad." Lillian said in response.
"Maybe, but not all stories have a happy ending." Elaina explained to Lillian.
"Why not?!" Lillian asked.
"Because sometimes bad things happen, now I have to go back to work. Don't stay all grumpy, your face might get stuck like that." Elaina said with a victorious slight smile as she left the room with an unsatisfied Lillian.

Time passes and soon it's night, the moon shines bright on the outside while on the inside a certain room is full of people. The room has a big white table that has 16 seats and decorations such as paintings and vases are also in this room.
The number of people currently in the room is that of 31, from which 5 are the Silverheart, namely Farn, Shelia, Elaina, Lillian, and Niel. These 5 are now sitting on the big table, Farn being on the main sit with Elaina on his right while both Shelia and Lillian are next to their mother, and Niel was being carried by Elaina. All the other 26 people are just standing on the side waiting, and in front of them are two people, one is Sylvia and the other is an old man in a black suit with his medium-sized beard and mustache, his skin is dark and covered in tattoos, while his physique is slim and there seems to be nothing special about it.
"Good night, as you all know, I'm Farn Silverheart, the head of the Silverheart household, and I have called you all here tonight to make an announcement..." Farn spoke up in a serious tone and expression as everyone in the room looked at him waiting curious to know what he will say.
"Me and my dear wife Elaina, with Sylvia's assistance have discovered yesterday that, Niel Siverheart the heir of the Silverheart household has at the rating of least talented, considering his feat of manipulating mana before even being one year old!" Farn said with pride and happiness present in his speech and mannerism.
*Clap* *Clap* *Clap*
Everyone in the room was clapping their hands and showing their congratulations towards Elaina and Farn.
"Wow! Does that mean my little bro is super strong?" Lillian asked.
"No sweetie, it means he can become someone powerful in the future." Elaina said to answer.
*Crack!*
The sound of glass breaking filled the room in an instant.
"Sheila! Are you alright!?" Elaina yelled as she turned to Shelia after hearing the noise.
"I'm fine, mother... I just feel tired and ended up letting the glass cup slip... May I go to my room rest? I don't believe in the condition to stay here right now." Shelia said with a weak smile and a tired voice.
"Go ahead, you should try to rest." Farn said calmly before Elaina could even muster a word.
"Thank you, I'll excuse myself now." Sheila said and left.
As Shelia left Sylvia ordered one of the many servants present to clean up.
(Did I do something to her?) Niel asked himself confused about what just happened.
After a while, the servants got dismissed, and only the Silverheart except for Shelia were left. The dinner continued and now that the servants weren't present Farn got more relaxed.
The rest of that dinner went well and was a nice little family moment.

The next morning, once again Niel woke up and found himself alone in the room, as per usual he decided to start practicing mana manipulation.
While Niel was practicing mana manipulation, footsteps could be heard getting closer, and soon enough someone entered the room and got near Niel's crib.
"Hi... I'm sorry I just left like that in your night, you see, I didn't want things to be this way, I wanted to be a good elder sister to you, but it looks like that won't be possible... So, I just wanted to say good luck and I hope you grow to be the genius everyone excepts, but I won't be your sister and I'm sorry... I wish you could understand me." Sheila started talking with teary eyes and trembling lips, and the moment she finished she left the room.
(What just happened?!) Niel asked as he was very confused about it.
