Elijah said his goodbyes to his family and clan members. it all went by pretty fast then him and his grandfather were off to the Capitol. On the way there,  Elijah's grandfather was reminding him  of all the customs and curtsies of the capitol and how they will do anything and everything to make him not feel welcome but never obviously. 

"Respect is everything to a man but they won't even give you that, focus on your studies and don't get mixed up in politics" his grandfather said. 

"Our family has very little influence."  

" I thought that the Academy was a neutral zone for all of the Noble families and even some commoners"  Elijah replied. 

Then his grandfather made a concorning face. 

"Elijah your right it is but sometimes you have to read between the lines you never really went outside of town so you don't see the disrespect we get simplifying being lion beastmen."  

"He's right" Solomon said.  

"It's heartbreaking seeing my kinsmen in this state of oppression when I had my very beginning on this very same soil, don't worry kid I'll explain situations as they happen."  

"I'm not a stupid Solomon". 

I can get hints Elijah said in his head."  

"Yea but they are so slick with it though he replied."  

"I Understand grandfather and I realize what you have done for this family and for the clan I promise not to let you down" Elijah said. 

"I know me and your father don't tell you this enough. 

"We are proud of you". He says as he hugs Elijah. 

Not much later they arrived at the academy then grandfather took his leave after Elijah got settled in his dorm. Elijah took a look around with Solomon. 

"You didn't even notice." Solomon says. 

"Notice what?" Elijah says ? 

"See this  is what I'm talking about,'' he replies as he is shaking his head. 

"They put you in the furthest dorm within the boundary of the academy."  

"You know the help doesn't come out this far to clean". 

("He was right I didn't notice that and I also noticed the guards, Paladins Knights. kinda mean mugging me.

(*Mean mugging= looking with hostility) . 

"I told you,'' he says back. 

Elijahs rolls his eyes. 

"Don't read my thoughts when I'm not talking to you," Elijah said aloud. 

As a group of girls were passing by making him look crazy. 

"Wow so  Anubis Mystics really do talk to themselves."

Arthur Savage Said approaching Elijah with a handshake. 

"Not all the time" Elijah said, shaking his hand back. 

"Elijah Pride right? you're the 5th genius of our generation" He said jokingly. 

"That's what they told me," Elijah replied. 

"Well given that we have nobility status even though we're literally one step from the  commonwealth I'll have your back". 

Elijah smiled , 

"I appreciate it but I'm pretty sure your family makes more money than we do."  Elijah said 

"Oh right your family got nobility around the time we were born right?" ELijah nodes. "Dang bro will let me buy you dinner then". 

Normally Elijah wouldn't but man he was hungry he thought.. 

"Ok I'll get you next time." While we were on our way to get food Solomon started saying. 

"This boy here watchout for him. He is a hyena beastmen we have a long history with them." 

"Our rivalries go back even further than the wolves."  

"Right, Elijah thought but I didn't get any bad vibes from him". 

As they  eating together Arthur asked about Elijah's family and Elijahs asked asked about his but surprisingly we already knew most about them. 

"So you're the heir to the Savage clan right?" Elijah asked, ("I guess I asked the wrong question because he had a thousand yard stare for a min"). 

" No," Author said. " I am older than my brother Thomas  but i am technically adopted." 

" Oh I'm sorry to hear that man." Elijah's says trying to comfort him. 

"There is definitely something wrong with that boy, I just can't put my finger on it yet,'' said Solomon . 

("I felt something off too but I just ignored it for the time being.") Elijah thought to himself. After that we finished our food and headed to our dorms for the night. Elijah have never been so nervous to go to sleep in my life.
