Chapter 16 part-two [Ace]
Continuation of the previous chapter.

Ace walks into the park and goes to Annie. Annie was sitting on the bench. Her head down, looking sad, and with just one touch, she will disappear, Ace was thinking.

Ace: Yo, you’re alone?

Annie looks up.

Annie: Hey, What are you doing here?

Ace: That’s rude, you know.

Annie: Oh, sorry, I mean, how are you here when you were supposed to be at the party with them. Umm… Judging by your appearance, you did go, right?

Ace: Exactly! Yeah, I did go, but then I was bored, and by taking advantage of the call, I escaped from there. By the way, what are you doing here all alone?

Annie: I love this place, so whenever I feel down or want to be alone, away from everything, then I come here.

Ace: Then am I interrupting you?

Annie: No, no, you aren’t. Why don’t you sit? You ain’t in a hurry, right?

Ace: Sure, why not.
Ace sits beside her.

Annie: Hey…

Ace: Hmm?

Annie: What do you think about Celena?

Ace: What do you mean?

Annie: For few days, she has been actively talking to you and has been closer to you than ever. Right?

Ace: Oh that, even I don’t know anything about. Well, to be honest, I cannot answer this question.

Annie looks to me with a gentle smile with a tinge of sadness in it.

Annie: Will you fall in love with her or leave everything for her?

Ace: Well, I don’t know anything about love, nor have I ever fallen in love. I can assure you that I won’t change, that’s it!

She said, “Good Boy, Good Boy,” as she was rubbing my head.

Annie: Oh, I am late; I gotta go now, or else mum will be worried. Bubye.

Ace: Bye Bye.

She then leaves since she had plans to go out with her family.
