"Please.. stop talking... for maybe a minute or 2..?" Another wave of pain rushes in. The pain begins to increase "Ouch... My head...!" The overwhelming thought of relieving the pain clouds her mind.
"How is it that you are so engulfed in pain when you should know what anesthesia feels like. Do hospitals nowadays do not inject any sedatives into their patients? How dull. How odd. How cruel.."
[The kid, unable to handle Jason's voice any longer, erupts unexpectedly.]
"SHUT THE F*** UP! JUST SHUT UP!"
The weight of the chain pulls the kid down just as he attempts to rush towards Jason's voice, "SHUT UP! SHUT UP!! SHUT UP!!! HOLY F***!"
[His frantic movements, the sound of the restraints moving erratically, and a barrage of outbursts fill the back of the truck.]
[The driver silences the truck as he slams the wall once again. The sound of the truck's engine dominates the ears of the 4 people in the back just as it did before.]
[Jason's eyes begin to slightly glow. The glow slowly increases its visibility as it releases a white-yellowish tint. The yellow color then begins to darken down to dark orange.]
Jason looking down at the kid, who is now on the floor not far from where he sat. Smiling at him, "Glorious light. Appreciate you performing that marvelous act."
[The kid doesn't respond.]
"You alright, buckaroo? Did you collapse from lack of air? Hm?"
[Jason ignores the kid and proceeds to look down at his arms and legs. The feeling of being handcuffed is proven correct just by seeing the cuffs on the wrists. The weight of the legs answered for having a weighted chain on the shins.]
Jason scoffs, "I was correct. Primitive effort."
[He then turns his eyes towards the left side of the truck facing what appears to be 2 doors at the very back. Weirdly enough, Carol and the other person at the corner to the left of her do not have any chains on their legs.]
"Hey you, big guy. What's your name?"
[The man turns his attention towards Jason's voice.]
"... Barrel... Barrel Gibs..."
"How nice of you to add your surname. I didn't ask, but it sure is a nice addition."
[Jason shifts his eyes to Carol. He sees her head facing upwards, relaxed. Her mouth visibly moving as she is laboriously breathing. Her chest clearly moving up, then down.]
Gently speaking "How about you, Sweetcakes? What's your full name?"
[Carol slowly looks to the right where Jason's voice comes from.]
"Orange... I like.. the color... orange... " Her breathing begins to struggle "Reminds me.. of Fall... I like Fall..."
[With every exhale, she immediately inhales as if her body is fighting competitively against those around.]
[Slowly, her eyes begin to slightly glow.]
[Jason has not yet let loose of his focus on Carol.]
Set your eyes onto the world that is in 2050. Much of society has changed significantly. Demanding requests that are easily heard and given. It's what all people would usually want within their country, place, or wherever they live. You want people to be the same? Worry not for everyone is the same. Do you wish any societal deviants eradicated? Deviants are no longer a situation. Look no further to learn from one or see a single trace. Become like the Common Public; they are the example to modern life.
What about the government? Don't talk about it. Know that all demands, prayers, and requests become answered and acted upon by the works of the government. Besides, conversations about the government always end with undesirable hate. Live happily. You want any change to stop; it will cease. Do you wish for a much better living condition? Of course, anything for a citizen that abides with the Common Public. Please be sure to be prepared for any intervention in your life.
