Storm sighed as he sat down in his first class, right next to his one and only friend, Jay. His friend looked at him confused, but Mr. Frank walked into the room before anything could be said. Mr. Frank was one of the nicest teachers in the school and as long as you were caught up with everything, he didn't care what you did. 

Mr. Frank was a leopard so was kinda biased towards other cats. Storm had everything in this class turned in so while everyone else was working on homework, Storm thought about the weird guy he saw. Why did he get mesmerized by the other boy’s eyes, Why did he smell so nice and no one noticed, And why did he get a weird feeling from the guy. Many questions swarmed his head but before he got lost in his thoughts, Jay tapped on his shoulder.

“Dude, are you okay? You look so far away by the way you’re staring.” Jay said as he was done with all his work to see his friend staring off. 

Storm smiled at Jay, but he was hit with the same winter scent as earlier before he could reply. Just as he was about to look around, the door opened revealing the black wolf and the principal. The wolf boy instantly looked at Storm so storm gave a slight smile in greeting.

 Jay didn't notice as he was too busy wondering who the guy was. The principal talked to the teacher before leaving, the wolf staying behind. Mr. Frank nodded towards him to introduce himself to everyone. Storm watched curiously to know about the mysterious wolf. 

“U-umm hello, My name is Knight Williams and I just moved here. I don't have a pack so please don't ask.” The Black wolf said before sitting down where the teacher pointed. The only problem was, the seat was behind Storm. As the class continued, Storm got lost in his thoughts again, but this time, he wondered why Knight didn't have a pack. Storm tried not to look behind him because he didn't want to bombard Knight with questions. As Storm was about to explode with questions, Jay started talking to him again. 

“Do you have any plans for after school? If not, I'm having a pool party today!” Jay said to his best friend. Storm thought about it before nodding, “Let me text my parents to make sure I'm allowed to come.” He said and then what happened next shocked Storm. Jay turned around and Asked Knight if he wanted to join. Knight looked at Storm before nodding, making Storm wonder why Knight looked at him when he answered Jay.
