[With every passing second, Carol's body progressively grows weak. Her eyes slowly losing the will to remain open. Her body, twitching from the oxygen-less air.]
"Air. I need... air.." A loud gasp for air is heard from her once more
[Jason knowing that he is restrained to the back of the truck, all he can do is watch. Watch Carol struggle to breathe and Barrel holding his breath every time he inhales.]
Barrel exhales while whispering to Carol, "Hang in there...!" He then inhales and holds in the air as long as possible.
[Carol struggles to breathe and desperate cries for air fill the back of the truck.]
"Air....! Please... Air..." She begins to tear up. The small droplets on her cheek flow down to the floor. Each second follows along with the sound of every tear falling flat.
[Eventually, Carol's labored breathing ceases. Her body is now limp and unresponsive.]
[Despite the events that occurred, Jason remains unphased.]
"You can stop holding your breath. No point in doing so when the person you attempted to help is unconscious."
[Barrel exhales due to his body's demand for a new supply of oxygen and immediately inhales to hold his breath once more.]
"You can't be serious. Do you think that preserving the remaining air in this truck would be enough to save Carol from hypoxia? Her lungs and heart stopped functioning. She needs CPR and I highly doubt we could be able to do that when we are chained up. Holding your breath isn't going to do any good!"
Jason sees Barrel's body shaking and struggles to hold in the air, "Come on then! Proceed to this pathetic attempt of yours! Bet you couldn't do any better in life if you were to have a wife!"
[Barrel inhales once again. Jason's voice increasingly becomes louder.]
"Every action done only shames what you can add onto the lives of other people! Every solution done brings disappointment as a result!"
[A loud bang is heard from the front of the truck.]
"Eyes on the road, you excuse of a soldier! I wouldn't want to bring in a carcass bag to a bewitching hag!!"
[The truck's tires release an unrelenting screech just as Barrel and Jason's body is launched towards the wall that separates the drivers and them. A front door is heard opening, then forcefully shut!]
Jason thought to himself just as he is repositioning himself for what will come next, "So easily swayed to becoming an aggressor, eh?"
[The truck's doors begin to open.]
